15ml through the 7075 in the last 24hrs at .22ohms, no problems. I would post pics but we remember how that went last time. I heard a few questions in regards to the positive leaf: fear not! The leaf (copper conductor that connects the atty to the battery) is at least 20 (yes 20) times that of the Reo and the Reo is known to withstand .25-.30 all day. This thing is stronger than your battery, or lungs for that matter. Get one! vape like a rock star, money is worthless when you're dead. Keep the economy alive, what ever excuse you need, just get one... My second one is already on order.

What is the maintenance on the copper contact? Sounds good

It's abig and thick slab of copper with no coating other than an isolator somewhere near the middle. personally I,would just leave it alone until it looks bad and scrub the oxidation off, you aren't going to hurt it.

One thing I don't like it's cleaning copper. Even tho this is a copper contact I've never really done anything but wipe it off.

I do clean under the battery every once in a while. That's the spot to give your attention to. I spray brake cleaner or something similar in there and let it sit for a min, done.. If you want to get after it you can hit it with a wire brush or a piece of sandpaper, he'll, you can throw it in the dishwasher if you want.. really...it's tough.

Just in case anyone's tempted, putting bare aluminum in the dish washer is never a good thing. It oxidizes and turns dark.

I know bare aluminum is prone to oxidation but what about the other materials that you are using Tom? What would be the best way to prevent this and keep the mods looking good?

Titanium or stainless... There's a reason these materials are used in medical implants. Then again there is silicone but that's a different conversation.
