They aren't talking about kanthal resistances.

They are still below 0.2 ohm.

But beyond that, push 200W into 1ohm and tell me how useless it is.

Get the W/cm^2 right and the actual resistance doesn't matter.

The whole reason for low resistance coils is because of battery/power source limitations.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about when I said get the res as high as you can. On the tc buikds, especially with ni200, you need tiny wire to get the res, which sucks. With the titanium wire you can go to a thicker 26ga say, wire, if you tried to get a nickel coil to be in range in a 26ga ni200 coil, it would be like 20 big wraps , double if you run duals. The wire just lacks resistance. That's the biggest reason for going to titanium, the lifespan and ease to work with (maulbility)is a kicker.
The board has the power to jam on the biggest nickel coils you could ever fit in an atty.
