anyone know what good shipping usa > aus costs? for reos i usually go flat rate $25, but i want this thing t have a padded throne on the plane and be fed grapes peeled by scantily clad ladies, with insurance and the whole bit
Couple of pounds via Priority Mail Express (known as "EMS" in much of the world) would be about $65. FedEx or UPS would probably be closer to $100. That's w/o insurance.
But these mods are so tough, I hear Tom doesn't even put them in boxes. He simply attaches a luggage tag with your name and address on it to the "T" bar and drops it in the nearest mailbox.

I take it you guys have seen my display of super awesome motion picture skills on YouTube..? I believe that was from like thirty -thirty five feet away on the "baby": my first ever mod that has side walls that are way thinner than the mods do now . Lol
If I were to make caps or cap/tip combos...a big IF...you you really want a larger bore ? I like the wide bore when dripping but not needed whilst bottom feeding imo.. what do you guys think?
1/4" unstepped bore would be my choice on a 22mm atty. 
But I like a little bigger bore than some people. Definitely wouldn't want a "cloud chaser" bore

Hmmm. That's a tough question. I love my delrin tips. If it were to be a combo tip/cap, I'd probably go a smaller bore -- maybe the kayfun v2 or taifun gt sized or maybe slightly larger, but not the kayfun 3.1 style tip,that's too small. Just my opinion. Especially if there's a lot of airflow, a thin bore would slightly reduce the airflow control.

I can't remember exactly what I usually use for my tips, I dont have a mic handy.... how bout the od..? I like a good size but normal od and a smaller id . I think, like on a kayfun, the smaller hole concentrates the flavor .
I believe 11/64" is considered a standard bore.by some. That's about what a Kayfun is I believe.
Agreed, I wouldn't want to go thin enough to reduce the flow. I think I'D rather just do the caps and tips separate.

If you decide you want to mess with delrin dts, a slightly shorter (than the cloud chaser), friction fit, middle of the range bore dt would be right up my alley. Just sayin' lol.

If you do the tips separate then you could offer both standard bore and wide
Delrin would be ok or some other heat dissipating material

After I get the block down to size I cut the cap off with a band saw.
Then using that boring bar I get the bottle and battery holes bored out to size. ..you'd be surprised how much batteries varry in diameter..Even older batteries vs. newer batteries of the same kind.
After I drill and tap holes to hold the cap to the body it's back to the mill to deck all the sides again to true everything up.
This is one of the many times I use a fly mill.
