Ok Tom or Tom ;) what is the advantages or disadvantages of 7068 VS 7075 and why would you go with a different metal for the button?
It's exotic. That stuff is crazy hard to find. There's a little bit of weight difference their both a little stronger than 6061, to me, the biggest difference is the dollar amount.

Well a regulated device had its ups and downs Same as a mech. Luckily I know exactly what the sweet spot is for my attys and juice. That took some learning tho Lot of trial and error. I am sure I will get In it again when I change to the derenger Lucky for us CH has got the goods on them tho. And we have the resources of ECF and everyone testing and vaping for us.

I have had my hana 40 for a while. With no problems And I kind of wanted some regulation and consistency on my next bottom feeder. Which I have one being made. It's a dual 18659. Probably not the quality of a TMod But it will do what needs doing

I was asking for a number of reasons. And hopefully sometime in the future you can make a regulated version. But it's all good. Your work is amazing and will draw a crowd either way my friend No worries.

Ok Tom or Tom ;) what is the advantages or disadvantages of 7068 VS 7075 and why would you go with a different metal for the button?

7075 is very hard with a very high tensile strength, the 7068 borders on titanium for hardness, and tensile strength but is very hard to come by. 7068 was a classified metal for DOD use until a few years ago. Almost the strength of titanium with the weight of aluminum. Very expensive however. If anyone knows of where to buy 7068 in suitable rectangular pieces I would make it worth the effort. 1" x 2" x 12" would be perfect.

As to the button: I would prefer 7068 but finding round stock small enough is even harder to find.
