The price is derived from the hours. It takes me over ten hours to make one unit. Aluminum mods are the cheapest materials, they are also the easiest to machine, other materials like brass n copper for example, take about twice as long to machine and require some special tools. Titanium takes even longer and requires all different bits. I go thru a lot of bits as well, some are only ten bucks, some are a few hundred. That's all overhead, included in that are also I dunno, a hundred k in machines n specialty tools. In all reality you gotta account for wear on every piece of equipment as well. I don't really tack much into the pricing, basically the bottom line is the time in each device.
I'm dying to see titanium, have any Ti been done yet? that stuffs got to be a btch to machine
Yeah I've done some, they look .....en my sd card with all this pics took a siht so I don't think I have very many if any pics. I'm starting on a titanium tomorrow or the next day, I'll post pics at I go. ..I have never bead blasted one in titanium tho, so that's gonna be a new one!

Sucks my mail comes after I leave for work, have to wait until tomorrow night to play!
I'm hoping with a late lunch, I'll be home after the post man does his delivery so I can load up the marquis on the tmod and throw my pekos in for a scrubbing as I'll also be getting some testors model paint for them tomorrow, so I have something to vape on whilst I wait for paint to dry.
