Tom will you be offering different doors and panels for the LBC? Also what about a white one?

A white one and I might have to have a forth one.

Have you thought about selling them as a six pack?

Keep up the great work.
Probably not, but if there was a ground swell of interest I would have no choice.

I did just get the first 2 clear LBC jrs. (Dna75/ 18650) Though..... I'm thinking about doing 20 of them in clear. The prototype needs a little tweaking before I order the 20. I will post a pic of the body tomorrow and explain the changes that I will be making to it.

hey Tom or anyone else who may have an idea,im tryin to use 1 of the varitube 510 in the FDV squonk box,but how is the pos supossed to be attached since the threads are on the 510 screw?,the lil deal i used on the FDV v5 510 will no way fit(cuz of threads),was guessin maybe using the 2 lil nuts and a smaller connector like whats used on the neg under the 510 itsself.FDV v5 sucked and leaked like every other version whatever ive tried.wish i could get a 510 from a steam crave mod,ive not had any probs with the one i been using with the factory 510...dangit!frustrating is all.

Use the proper sized connector right between the nuts...:D

Yup. The reason I had to do the braid instead of the sta-con is the distance from the board to the center of the 510 is shorter than the actual crimp.

Silly question... would it be possible to upgrade the Cam-M with one of these VT 510's?
Knock yourself out... I don't forsee having the time anytime soon. With a little planning it could be done with minimal difficulty with the small option VT BF 510 and sinking it into the brass of the existing 510

Forgive my ignorance on this. Would it simply involve removing the existing center pin, drilling, then tapping the existing 510 to accept the VT, then installing the new VT? I may be issuing something, but I don't foresee the need to solder anything since there are no other electrical connections. Then again I don't know much about these things.

I'm pretty sure you would have to drill an oversized hole in the copper plate to allow the 510 to pass through it without touching the shell of the 510 and then add a short jumper from the copper plate to the center pin of the 510.

i guess the only stupid question is the one not asked, thanks for the input on the vt 510

and the easy answer from vt is to solder the wire to the top nut on the 510...duh.no ring connector needed, guess thasts why im a bricklayer and not a mod builder.
