I did a lot of digging on lung tissue affected by diacetyl.
You look back at post about Diacetyl in
ecig industry it has been knowledge since ~2009 and this information is just regurgitated again and again.. So is it gonna take a person to suffer BO before anything happens?
"Five Pawns does not feel there is any concern with diacetyl or AP in our e-liquids at current levels. "
They pick and choose what lab sheet they want to use in that statement, when quite a few other labs have found the numbers to be lower than the first labs that pop up in a search query, you have to dig for them using different search strings.
Ticking time bomb you ask me when it most certainly can be avoided.. Flavor may not be the same, it probably wont be but insuring the health and lifestyle of your customer is priority..

Their numbers were higher than any other juice tested is the rumor
"Some risky jobs were associated with short-term peak flavoring exposures, and average 8-h diacetyl exposures as low as
0.02 parts per million were measured in a work area where disease occurred in workers mixing butter flavorings
with heated oil."
Flavoring-related bronchiolitis obliterans. - PubMed - NCBI
Thats not all, foreign studies and other search query turn up horrible information..
"Spirometry Testing diacetyl"
Their numbers across a whole flavor factory were lower than some juices @ 5P D/AP
but just about every worker was affected across time, even people in administration offices with lowest ppm in the factories tested..

I vape all day everyday perhaps more exposure than an 8 hour job exposure..
"Further, we feel that efforts to translate industrial exposure limits to vaping exposure limits are flawed. It is clearly not the same. (One example of many, in an industrial setting, every inhale 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week contains constant airborne particles. With vaping, fresh air is taken in between puffs.) If the industrial comparison were true, one would expect a population of individuals becoming sick from vaping, but this is not the case. We are not aware of any publicly documented cases of respiratory issues specifically related to vaping AP or diacetyl at the levels currently in e-liquids. "
Met a police officer yesterday while he and I were buying some ejuice at local neighborhood store; he was happy to see a fellow vaper, he had no idea about forums, that his mod was called a mech, his tank was an atlantis and all he knew was ya fill it, vape it, when the vape starts to diminish you change the coil.. I hooked him up with fasttech/joes and ecf he is happy man..
So many who just vape and have no idea about any of this... I didn't say anything but ya its horrible what can be happening..
Cigarettes bad enough with BIg T previous lies about exposure now we have ecig companies doing a colorizing spin on it
