dont know about the Ares, byt the 350J wouldnt be able to use 200W i dont think! If thats what you meant!!

The same exact lipo they use on the DNA200 would not work with the Yihi board, I don't know about the Ares, depends on the input voltage.
I think only the dna 200 will use the Lipo pack, I believe the other 2 will be dual 18650.
Yihi isn't pinned correctly and also doesn't have balance charging so it wouldn't be feasible. I'm sure the future j chip will have it though.
This looks amazing! Of course I just bought a Snow Wolf... However, once this thing is out and it has a bunch of kits available... I may not be able to resist. The shinyitis is strong in this one.
Yep. I'm going to get all 3 options as they come out. I'm going to grab a 350 and dna, then just get the Ares module when it's ready.
They could do a single cell lipo, but it'd obviously be limited to 60W at that point, which I'm sure most wouldn't want anyway. I doubt it would happen, but its technically possible.
Curious how their modularity takes into account the balance charging. This would mean a variation on the chip sled and battery sled, as well as the power module.
Confirming the fact that it will not work and you will need to use the other module.

I will say that my interest is sparked on this one. Guess it's time to put some money aside and sit back and wait. I hate waiting...
Gotcha, was hoping that was it, and not trying to say you could run an empty 3 cell lipo at the max input spec, haha.
