That's why I bought silver. :)

Mine has a few scratches now, from me just flinging it around on car seats, in and out of pockets with change, sliding it across a concrete table, etc. But you'd have to own it to even notice the damage. And I bought it to be a beater anyway. It's holding up better than my MVP 2.0 did, that's for sure.

Yep the mini is like a Timex. Takes a licking and keeps on ticking ..........

For a budget board it has performed very well. Much better then then the DNA30 clones I have tried.

Thats good to hear. Gave away my Cloupor hana clones that weren't the last revisions, but heard the latest revisions are great. They didn't really work too great for me with the Atlantis, probably not enough power. I ordered a Mini because of the size, and if it performs better than the iStick20 with an Orchid tank @1.1ohms, I'll be happy. I get it tomorrow!

I actually swore to myself to never buy a Cloupor device after the T6 I got, which I actually still love, but just feels under-powered. Cloupor seems to just know what I want in a mod when marketing. Delivering is still up in the air with them though.

BTW, does anybody know who will be stocking these: 2015 Hot selling silicone sleeve mod colorful sleeve mod mini cloupor, View sleeve mod, RHS Product Details from Dongguan RHS Home Accessories Factory on Alibaba.com

Ok so I went on vacation. packed this thing. sometimes it was annoying to get through on my carry-on so i packed it on my checked luggage. now the back cover is missing. either customs looked inside the mod and didnt put it back on. i lost it somewhere between the UK and US (most likely choice). or it just ran away. at any rate. how do i go back about getting a replacement magnetic cover. im about to email cloupor service and hope for the best. im sure there will be a small fee. hopefully nothing more than like $10.

I would buy another mini. Keep the one missing the door as a back up. At least until Cloupor sends another door. :D

Considering how cheap the device is I doubt that cloupor will sell any spare parts. If they do, they'll probably be too expensive. You might be best of making a back cover yourself, you have spare magnets in the kit that came with the Mini.

I emailed customer support they said they would mail the replacement part free of charge to the shop. problem is the shop is an ebay vendor. but i have talked to the guy before and he is super nice. i would assume he would make me cover shipping cost. but thats not really a big deal. idk why i would expect him to eat that cost

Does anyone know if Cloupor has improved their quality? I'm looking into maybe getting one of these mini boxes even though I have a iPV4 on the way. However, I previously had a DNA 30 by cloupor and it was highly disappointing, breaking within the first 2 weeks.

"Does anyone know if Cloupor has improved their quality?" LJ, you understand what a loaded question that is, right? I mean, no one can answer that for you.

All we can offer is our personal, anecdotal experience. Even if we speak in superlatives and praise our Cloupor Minis to the sky, that will be of no help to you should you happen to buy a Cloupor Mini and get a lemon. Basically, you're telling us that you feel tempted but suspicious, having already been disappointed.

My take on the general consumer sentiment concerning Cloupor, gleaned from reading various forums, discussions, and reviews, is that the company suffered a number of missteps and has a less-than-stellar track record. The Mini's early production run problems---where a number of units malfunctioned electrically---didn't help matters any. I can also attest that the overall experience of posters in this thread has been positive where the Mini 30W is concerned.

I took a chance on a pre-order from gearbest because of the Mini's diminutive size, magnetic battery door, and a low price ($29.99 shipped). Over the month that I've used mine, it's performed flawlessly. While I'm not enthralled with the 0.8 second firing delay when the display screen is "awakening from sleep," I can live with that, and I love the fact that swapping out the 18650 takes literally 15 seconds from start to finish. Build quality seems solid, and wattage regulation is accurate. I like my Mini enough that I've ordered another from gearbest (also $29.99 shipped using coupon code "clouporminipc").

That's not intended as advice or a recommendation, however. I wouldn't feel right about trying to sway you one way or the other. The decision to buy or not to buy is yours.

Could not say it any better!!
In the time I purchased mine, I purchased (2) IPV mini 30w, (2) Cloupor mini 30w and an IPV mini 70w. Every mod has performed as expected without any more than a minor annoyance of a top contact on one ipv mini 30w.(easily corrected)
I have read some issues on each of these and every other lower cost mod put out to date. That is the law of averages on mass produced products.

Really well written and I agree. I've been using this one for a while and it's my go to battery. All the reasons you listed are spot on.

I've had mine for around a month now and no problems. I was attracted to the CLOUPOR MINI for 4 features :
1) Compact Size.
2) Interchangeable Batteries.
3) VV/VW Sub-Ohm Capable.
4) Price!

It wouldn't have mattered to me if the CP Mini didn't have a USB charging slot as I prefer to swap cells and always carry a few extra fully charged. I get over a days use from one cell despite the quick drain.

I just ordered a silicon skin from eBay and may be getting a Few other sub ohm tanks and RBA'S, as well as another MINI.

I saw those cases but I would seem a pain to change out battery's. Let us know how you like them ........
