I recently purchased an e cig (mystic). I am interested in a full flavor set up and am totally clueless on the entire e cig. I couldn't even tell which part of the e cig i purchases is the battery. Of course it didn't come with a charger or much in the cig either.
I visited some site and was completely lost in all the terminology and different options.
Can someone please give me some info or direct me to where I may purchase full flavor (the stronger the better) e cigs and refills affordably without being confused.
Thanks

hello...i personally would recommend "smokelessimage". you can easily find their dotcom site and they also have a specific forum page here for smokelessimage users. also known on here as "SI" their e-cig kits are excellant quality and super affordable, their liquids are top notch and they have alot of add on gear to use with the cigs and juices. i would also recommend trying one of their "sample packs" of cartridges...that way you can get a good idea of some different flavors. a good starter kit from SI is less than $50

+1 on Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | Smokeless Image Electronic Cigarettes - The Future is in your hands I would advise getting the kit with 2 batteries, you will need a minimum of 2 so you can use one while the other charges. Pick up a bottle of juice to refill your cartos too, it will get very expensive very quickly to use only prefilled cartos. We can help you with how to do this when the time comes. Also, upgrade to the 78 mm batteries. It only costs $1 more per batt, but it will give you much more battery life.

That is, unless you are open to something that doesn't look like a cig? SI has the best cig look alike, but there are things out there that will last longer and you won't be constantly charging a battery. Let us know if you want something bigger and longer lasting and we will go from there. Will try not to overload you with info if cig a like is what you want. :D

Looks and size are unimportant to me. Thanks for the help

In that case, you may want to go for an ego or similar. They are about the size of a cigar, and the battery will last much longer. Actually, smokeless image has some of these, too, but they are 808 threaded which is less popular than the 510 thread, so you will not find quite as much stuff that will work on them, but still plenty.

Or if you would like to explore variable voltage, the Twist or Spinner? are a cheap option to start with that.

Perhaps someone will come along with a good link to the best places to shop for these. I haven't shopped for them, so I don't know who has the best deal.

Whatever you decide to buy, check the coupon section at the top of the page for a coupon code!

I recommend 2 ego twists. One in 650 mah and one in 900 mah size. They have a dial on the bottom that will allow you to raise or lower the voltage giving you warmer or cooler vaper and more or less vaper. This allows you to get more or less throat hit to more fine tune your vape. The vision spinners are basically the same thing as the ego twist. I would recommend getting some Boge 3.0 ohm cartomizers to fill with your own liquid. This is the cheapest most reliable way you can go to start out. Good luck and don't be afraid to ask a bunch of questions if you have them. We love to help out:)

Hi Mike. Welcome to the ECF. Of all the equipment that could be recommended to a new user the eGo class batteries are still a good bet for a good experience. The attached image shows four batteries, a standard 510(slim) battery, a standard 650mAh eGo battery and the longer one is a 650mAh eGo Twist, the fourth is a standard AA battery for size comparisons.

The pieces atop all these devices are called Cartomizers. This is where you put the liquid that you want to vaporize. These are an easy way to get your foot in the door to vaping, and I do recommend them to every new vaper because they are just about the most reliable liquid feed device available. If you want to jump into clearomizers or tanks or vivi nova later at least you will have the knowledge of how to fill and use cartomizers mastered at that point. Cartos will likely eventuall fall to the emergency spares part of vaping supplies but I will always have a box or two handy just incase.

The eGo Twist also has a drip tip on the cartomizer and this makes the cartomizer easier keep wet with liquid, in addition to making them much more comfortable to use.

If there is anything specific you see you would like to know more about feel free to ask.

I am a new e cig user myself, have looked on line and am totally confused. today I found this site and this forum and I am learning! I have not had a nasty, smelly, sickly, dirty paper cigarette in over a month and although I have been using what I found at my local Walgreens, I am looking for information to really enjoy and save. Thanks!!

Welcome to ECF, clnire. Congrats on quitting. You'll learn a lot quick if you hang around. Don't be shy to ask questions.

Tidegirl,
I really appreciate your help and advice. I went to smokless image, ordered a starter kit with upgraded batteries , eliquid, extra cartomizers, and finally found a coupon it would accept only for the site not to be able to process the order due to some error. Terrible site!
Thank you though. You have given me enough info and a good foundation to look elsewhere.

I very much appreciate the help and info from everyone else also. Thank you!
