UPDATE:

For those of you wondering if certain vendors have more powerful versions of the LT?

I can absolutely guarantee that they DO NOT![/B

L-Rider won't be releasing their new version until June or July.

hmm...then lrider's spec's are not accurate per their website

Any ideal of the difference in the updated model coming out in June or July?

hmm...then lrider's spec's are not accurate per their website

I can't even BEGIN to tell everyone just how difficult it was to get any answers to many of my questions on the LT, both the current and new versions. The inaccuracies are rampant on Alibaba sites and I'm surmising that all of their "reps" are actually contractors or brokers, that are not directly located in the factory. It would seem that they're open these site all over Alibaba, each having their own pictures, descriptions, contact info, etc., cuz L-Rider's centralized website no longer exists.

Now I know why this guy was saying about chatter in their forum, "It's not gonna turn up...". Cuz getting accurate and precise information from L-Rider contacts is virtually impossible unless you're at the factory! And even then, with a direct contact, there's no way to acquire information on these "new" versions....

At this point, the newer ones are so secret that they're not evening telling their major vendors! Which either leads me to believe that it's just an outright lie or brokers have very limited information via CAD photographs and a handful of prototypes....

But as far as any vendor having more powerful versions?

No, they don't. So anybody making those claims is either misinformed or passing on a lie.

UPDATE:

The extension won't be available until their new version is released, as it's being designed for the new version.

Nice huh?

Yeah, tell me about it....

I've requested a commercial invoice for both the 18650 & the 18350 models.

I'm nearing the end of the planning stages and will be posting the opening of the Co-Op details soon (hopefully).

Hey everybody,

Yes, I know that there's a coop already going in the classifieds. But that one is NOT with L-Rider, it's with Uniq and their prices are higher than L-Rider, as they're a supplier and not the manufacturer.

I've spoken with Joker and have decided to post this "interested party" thread here, prior to opening a Co-Op.

I'm still in the process of negotiations and gathering specifics in many different areas. Those of you that have hosted a Co-Op know how difficult negotiations with China can be due to language barriers and unclear responses. So I'm opening this thread to gather interested parties.......but I'd like to keep it at no more than 100 people for now.

If more than 100 are interested, the first 100 to post their interest will be considered first. But more may be added depending upon final negotiations and at least until I've gathered more details on spare parts, including the voltage regulator unit itself, the tube, end caps w/connector and spring, batteries, etc. This Co-Op is for the (18650) large version and the (18350) mini version LT's.

I'm also organizing another coop for these on another forum, so I'll be checking back periodically to answer questions (if I'm able) and update with more details as I receive them.

Please DO NOT send me PM's with questions, post them in this thread so everyone can see them.

And in case anyone is wondering, yes...this is not my first rodeo. I very recently completed a Co-Op for the dual 18650 battery boxes like what you see in the modding forum. I got the lowest price known for those and I intend on doing the same for THIS Co-Op! I've also made several large dollar purchases from Chinese manufacturers for personal use.

So please be patient, it takes time to do it right!

Thanks,

Shek

ATTN: If you're living outside of the continental United States and are interested, please include your city/state/zip/country into your post and I will review various international shipping rates for your country.

Update: There's NO LIMIT yet for interested parties, or number of kits or units of interest, so don't be afraid you're gonna get turned down cuz 100 people beat you to it! This very well could be a continuous Co-Op depending upon interest and additional hosting volunteers. Please read through the thread to gather details about everything going on, as I will be posting further updates as I receive them.

Man Thanks Shek. I apprecite your hard work.
I would like 3 of them if that is ok?

Thanks Craig

Everyone, please take the time and read every post in this thread. It's not that difficult and it's worth it for the awesome deal.

Wow Chelly There's 1127 posts on this thread. I would suggest that anyone that wants up to date info simply go to Shek's profile and bring up his latest posts. That is of course assuming you have a decent idea what this is about. If you are in the dark, you should do some reading before asking.

As much interest as there is in this, it's too bad we can't have a sticky of some sort that Shek can update. Apologies if that has been discussed.

This PSA brought to you by ChellyNelly :)

Not everyone has the time to read through 57 pages of posts. I've been bringing up Sheks posts via his profile.

This will be (hopefully) my first PV that is not an ego.

Can anyone suggest a battery combination on the mini and regular that would give me as close to a 5v or combination there of. I am kind of stupid in the volts, ohms category (I am a tax accountant lol).

Hi Rudy,

Well, the LT is actually called an "VV Ego 3" by L-Rider, even though its not made by JoyeTech/Janty.

And you don't need a battery combination because the LT is a VV mod.

Simplified, the devise has boost regulator inside of its electronics which allows you to adjust the voltage of your 3.7V battery to 3.0 - 6.0 volts, making it a variable voltage devise.

Watch the video that I posted here and it'll explain how the devise works:

Now I feel all bad and what not....

Seriously, thank you Shek for the willingness and effort you are putting into this co-op....

Some just sit back and reap the rewards others painfully provide.

No offense taken, you're alright. :)

I posted that reply because you inadvertently advised me to commit a SERIOUS VIOLATION of Co-Op rules, as Joker confirmed in his reply:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...er-lavatubes-30-each-unit-28.html#post5191863

So to everyone else that thought I was being rude to pseudus has better be paying attention!

Understood, and I was confused, and I am THOROUGHLY glad j0ker clarified it...and now I am glad you clarified your intent. "The path to hell is paved with good intentions." Even at 37, I still have a hard time keeping my mouth shut, lol.

Everyone else, move along, nothing to see here... :)

I understood your intent pseudus. I think it was your way of trying to show appreciation for what Shek is doing here. Unfortunately this is an online medium and there is no way we can actually hug, handshake, high-five or whatever so we have to try other means to let people know how we feel. You're ok dude.
