That's exactly what I did and I love it. I used LA's Bavarian Cream because I like the taste better, which one did you use?
TPA's. I haven't tried LA's...but I use BC in a lot of my recipes.

Ok...want to hear my bonehead moment for today? I made a nice size batch of this today and only realized after tasting the results that I used my nic instead of my pg! Used 50 ml and only got about 25 ml back. Dang it! I sure hope it's good.
Love this thread... As I type I'm filtering the extract. This technique opens a tremendous amount of extracts which can be made. I thought of blueberry (using dried bluberries) or cocoa (let me know if any of you have done this). I'll report back on how the expermint goes

Cocoa and cinnamon have been done/discussed in this forum. You may want to reconsider fruits if you're at all concerned with oils (atty/cartos/lungs)...if not, go for it![]()
I learned this from a friend: Fill 1/2 of a 30 ml bottle of ground coffee. I used Cuban coffee because it's really strong.. Then top it off with PG and microwave for 10 seconds. (no longer). The Pg will absorb the coffee. Then top off again with pg, then place bottle in a hot water bath for 20 minutes. Strain mixture with a coffee filter. I used a funnel, and cut the filter to fit.
I used 3% coffee, 1% Bavarian Cream and 1% Caramel and It was the best Coffee liquid I ever had.
Thanks GoodDog. Without the nicotine, there would also be more flavor. If you want a stronger th, there's this stuff by flavourart called Flash. http://www.ecigexpress.com/flavoring-flavourart-condensed-c-16_29/flash-e-liquid-p-610Yes, you use it just like you would use any flavoring by adding it to PG, VG and nicotine (if you want nic). There shouldn't be much difference if you don't want nicotine in your juice with this method or any of the other flavorings. The only thing that can be missing is TH but some flavorings have a strong TH on their own.
I use the e juice me up calculator. Just like GoodDog says. Start small, and your'e welcome...Thanks Gooddog and Jumi D,
I really appreciate your responses. So which e-juice calculator do you use or don't you use this at all?
If I would make my juices myself I should be fine with 6 30ml glass dropper bottles?
You don't want to start out making 30mL of juice until you know what you like and what %s to use. It's recommended to start out making 3ml batches until you tweak it the way you want. So I would suggest you pick up some 3mL bottles and maybe even some 5 or 10mL ones.
There are quite a few good calculators out there. I seldom use them but when I do I use these. DIY E-Liquid (E-Juice) Mixing Station!
Here's a cheap place to get bottles if you just want a few. DIY Supplies : VaporJunction, E-Cigarette Supply
PGA cleans bottles best for me.There are never enough 3ml bottles around when you're experimenting! It takes a couple days to soak old flavors out of them enough to re-use, and I've used a lot of them to store single flavors I've diluted down to usable strength for blending because it was too hard to try for amounts like 1/2 drop in a 3 ml batch of strong things. I just ordered more.
BTW home brew coffee extract does seem to help with getting old flavors out. When I soak the bottles & parts in water used to wash the coffee juice out, and add lemon juice to that, the old smells seem to fade a lot faster.
