leaford, feed stores often have a wide stock of veterinary medicine on hand. Also look in the yellow pages for tractor supply - very often these stores are feed stores and general merchandise too.

If you tell me where you live (city and state) I can probably find one for you.

When some of you develop flavor combos that you like, please post back with the formulas.

duh - just saw that leaford is in SF. - now you have made it hard )
Try "farm and ranch supply" "feed stores" and "veterinary supply" as search terms.

I order it from that sheepdoctor through internet; surely you can find one of those stores selling through internet in US too (granted, he just might raise an eyebrow, getting an order from downtown New York :D )?
A senior moment - forgot about the internet - and I order things all the time via the internet!

Just want to know has anyone tried making their own flavors with liquids bought from e-cig.com....I have tried a few...

Combo 1This is mixed in a 5 ml proportion(small eyedropper bottle)..
2ml of Flue-cured + 2ml Vanilla + 1 ml Menthol

Combo 2
3ml of Flue-cured + 1ml Coffee + 1ml Menthol

Combo 3
2.5ml Vanilla + 2.5 ml Coffee

Combo 4
3ml Regular + 2ml Rose

If anyone have tried the above combo...hopefully let me know which is the best or tastiest

My personal favourite is Combo 2..taste splendid(most of my patients like it..it delivered the closest feel to a real thing ;) )

You too hah?.....I was thinking something wrong with my tastebud...Janty makes tobacco flavors stands out more than the fruity flavors..flavors like coffee , cherry, menthol, cream, banana, rose(essentially non-tobacco flavors) tends to be overshadowed..strong atomiser I guess...while Njoy brings out the non-tobacco flavors more than tobacco essence....

good ..im not alone ;) than ..more experiments :D
Yep..looks like it is going that way....BTW I will stop hardware experiments(due to constraints of time) but concentrating more on flavors and improving the safety aspect of e-liquid(like an alternative to Propylene glycol..still searching...somewhere out there..I hope.. ;) )

Just FYI: I'm doing a second round of testing with vegetable glycerine in place of propylene glycol, with home-cooked pipe tobacco as the base and vanilla flavoring added. I started using it last night, and all seemed well. Then my wife woke up with a cold, so I'm ceasing the experiment. If you remember, the last time I tried a DIY liquid, I got a sore throat. Couldn't be sure it wasn't the inhaled glycerine that caused it. But I'll try again as soon I can be sure I'm not coming down with her cold. The two substances are similar and glycerine is widely available at any health food store. I'll post more as I continue my own little DIY trial.

that would be great, if you can find an alternative to Propylene glycol..i still blaming propylene for some irritation of my gums (at the beginning of dripping i use to get eliquid quite often )

How long does it take to clear the atomizer of the old flavor? I havent tried changing flavors yet, I'm enjoying the mint that came with it as long as it lasts.

Janty does not problem changing Flavors as compared to others..almost immediate I dare say..but it emphasize more on Tobacco flavor..your mint won't taste the same after using any tobacco flavors..you can try but it is still a guessing game at this juncture of time....

Hey TB,
I received my dropper bottles yesterday and extracted juice from used cartridges tonite for the first time. I wanted to add vanilla to what I extracted. These were my two choices:

Pure Vanilla Extract – vanilla bean extractives in water, 35% alcohol and corn syrup.
Imitation Vanilla Extract – water; propylene glycol, sugar, vanillin, caramel color.

I added a few drops of the Imitation extract. Think that was okay???

That one might be okay. No corn syrup, though. No oils of any kind. I worry a little that the sugar could carmelize on your heated atomiser. Both of those extracts are risky. Best to use just flavor and propylene glycol -- ala Bickford's. I've been toying with the idea of just putting a vanilla bean directly into the fluid bottle and leaving it there. That would be very safe and create a wonderful flavor that just gets better over time.

I'm hung up on experiments right now until I get some really fine paper filters like labs use. I need to get all the particulates out of the home cooked liquid, and a coffee filter isn't good enough. The vanilla extract I have used is alcohol-based. Seemed to work without damaging the e-cigar or e-pipe (2008-2008). For the past few days, I've been using the tobacco liquid-glycerine combination with vanilla added. Quite nice, but not clean from the particulate standpoint. I want almost clear, colorless liquid when I'm ready to try again.
