I'm going to a concert later this month. The artist is David Byrne (if anyone knows him; probably not). It's a rock concert held in a seated theater and they will be searching bags... What do I do in this situation? Prob shouldn't bring my vtube. Don't want them confiscating anything. Also, there will be no "smoking" breaks... So tell me; What do I do?

Or you could get an ecig that looks like a real cigarette!

I know, with sharp eyes it may be won't get past the guards, god David Byrne - search bags(?) - he's the dude from the talking heads. I would love to that concert and I love his music, but he's got a big, big head and I don't mean dimension wise!

But still I would love to see him still.

I say go with an ecig that will use 510 Cartos. I bought an NLA rechargeable White eCig that was white, came with a USB charger and two Cartomizers. Only cost me $11.99, so I bought it about a week before my eGo-T 900s arrived. I still use it from time to time when I cannot exactly carry my eGo come with!

Lol Yeah, David Byrne! He's great in concert; Every concert has something unique and "artsy" to it, so you never get bored seeing him live. This will be my 14th concert of his. :)
I know exactly what you're talking about; My old smoke shop has tons of disposables including one that comes with a charger. But they do have one that looks a lot like a cigarette! But it's a non-smoking theater with assigned seats, and there's no getting "lost in the crowd" cuz no one stands up to dance until he plays the Talking Heads stuff lol. :p

This is going to sound so weird, but bring a TINY (like one of those 3ml tubes) of eliquid and when you're jonesing, put a single drop on the inside of your mouth. It's small enough to hide, but large enough to get you through the evening.

(And yes, know and love Byrne, consider me jealous!)

That's a cool idea; Didn't think of that...
Glad to know there are other fans like me! :D

you should be able to get a disposable into the show. bring two and hide them each in different places haha

and as far as vaping once you get in, just do it. you aren't smoking. blow the vapor down, rather than up. maybe cover the glowing end of the ecig a bit to avoid drawing attention. but no one is going to smell it, no one is going to see clouds of smoke around you. and if you do get confronted about it, simply explain what it is. shouldn't be a problem, really. Just be like, "yo, I'm not actually Byrne-ing anything here!"

Har har, cute :p No really, those are good tips. :) I haven't been vaping long enough to know lil things like that. So silly, isn't it? Go to a _________ concert and sneak in _______. Go see David Byrne and try to sneak in an ecig. Maybe I am un-cool.

I wish I had better advice for you. The concerts I go to tend to be ones filled with bands (10-20) and have smoking areas. I almost had my PV (eGo-C Twist at the time) and juice confiscated until one of the cops realized what it was. Most places I've been to could care less about vaping there since they have a ton of people smoking analogs.

I like the disposable idea people are saying though; even if it's confiscated, at least it isn't your actual PV. I'd probably skip the concert if they tried to confiscate my Provari.

I stealth vape at work all the time (law firm lets me wear jeans every day but gets fussy about vaping). Just hold it a bit longer than normal and you're good to go.

This is good advice as well. My professors this semester (yes, I'm a little college student!) don't mind if I vape during class as long as I don't cause a distraction. I'll take a drag or two and just hold until there is almost no vapor left.

Little college student here too!

I openly vape in my classes. Not like plumes of smoke, but I don't hide it either. Most of the profs know me fairly well, though, which may make a difference. The only time a professor asked me about it was in my Geology gen ed class. And he wanted one just so he could take it apart to see how it worked!

Wait. Are you a girl? (I'd say 'lady' but my next suggestion is FAR from lady-like)

If so, just shove that bad-boy between the ladies and vape away! BEST hands-free vaping ever.

LoLoL!!!! Yes, I'm a girl. And that's an effin' Awesome suggestion! I could hide quite a few of 'em in there! *blush*
