Condensation on the screen of my Evic

My first problem with my Evic from one day to another has condensation on the screen, without having dropped any kind of liquid on, so contact joyetech people and this is their response:

Dear friend,

Thanks for your photos!
Regarding to your photo, may I ask whether your atomizer is not joyetech original product? There are some fray with your control head. As you know, eVic design is based on joyetech atomizers, such as eGo-T or C atomizer, other types of atomizer may have a different assembly size or tolerance with eVic. If you use other types of atomizer, it is easily to cause leaking and finally make your eVic doesn't work properly.
We sincerely suggest you to put your eVic aside for some days. If it is only water, the water will go away by itself as time passes.

Hope this can make you clear and understand.
Best regards

Yoyo

The only time I had this problem was whwn the usb cover was OFF. I noticed it would fog up frequently and if I blew air in there it would get worse. I recall seeing some folks setting it in rice overnight to absorb it but if you don't have the usb cover it will most likely keep happening

Hi thanks for the tips, but I was able to fix the problem is to sound funny but my 3 year old son dropped the evic of the bed to the floor and the top of the head (510 connection) broke off, which happened already others who dropped their evic, fortunately the cables soldiers from the connection to the circuitry is not broke, then I dry the condensation and with a bit of epoxy leave everything as new, so thanks to a disaster, I could get the solution to my initial problem, and now the evic is like straight out of the box and running at 100%, so son, thanks for dropping to the floor the evic Hahaha ..

Excuse my English

Haha well that's good. I've dropped mine as well and broke the soldered connections on the top cap. I re-soldered them, with much stronger solder joints I must add, put some gorilla glue around the metal lips under the top cap and it's been solid ever since. Glad it worked out for you

I just noticed my cloudy screen inside of it. I am afraid to take it apart. Any ideas to get it out?

Use caution about being in High Humidity areas - Shower area, Heat to Air conditioned area or vice versa, etc.

Evic is Not sealed air tight - Button area, Ring, USB opening.

To clear a fogged screen pour rice in a large enough bowl(with lid) Place Evic on Rice and Seal Bowl. Leave overnight, 12-18 hrs.

Remember, Vaporizing creates heat. Moisture will first be drawn to the inside.
