actually dat's right.. e smoke detectors detect small, dense amount of particles.. be it smoke particles or water particles, it doesn't care..

trust me, I've done it. :s

was vaping in aircraft toilet when e smoke alarm went off! my baxxs were in my throat when e crew came to knock on e toilet door!!!

luckily no cigarette smoke smell, so they just dismissed it as a defect n let me go.. but believe me, u wouldn't enjoy e attention from everybody looking at u when u emerge from e toilet!

Strange, i done vaping in plane toilet 7-13hrs flights many times no problem at all.
REALLY chain vaping to 20-30mins, only thing open doors with long Q outside.
