My first forray into 'helping family'..
One of my cousins already had an ego kit! I figured they would have known about them.. just maybe not be exposed to the 'www' broader base, like we have here. My cousin "Rob" was VERY interested. He asked me a ton of questions, and wanted to know if the different things he had learned from his 'supplier' were correct or not. His info was correct, except he had paid 100 bucks for his ego kit set-up, and was happy to hear about Liberty Flights! He asked me about the different products I had, or why things did 'such n such' etc. It was fun to answer questions in person! He had a basic kit, and his one atty had already lost the wick fibers, so I was able to give him an extra ego battery, some more 510 attys, a 901 atty to try, and a bunch of different cartos. I also left him with some juice samples, a few tools, a pile of vendor cards, and other little accessories.
His sister had not tried them before, but was curious about everything, so I showed her too. She travels for work, and is often in a car with her non-smoking boss... so we had her test the different 'basic' kits: 510 style and 808 style. She really liked my Vgo (901/808 fitting) and the convienence of the cartos would be easiest for her life, so I set her up with one of my Vgo batteries and charger, an 808 kit, a bunch of flavored 808 cartos, and some blank cartos, and accessories. She picked out some juices too, but loved the Wow Waffle carto and my BBB juice!! ♥ I left her with my BBB bottle and a lanyard.
Her kids smoke, and they were interested in the disposables, (so I gave them all the different flavors), along with another aunt that smokes socially. She didn't show much interest, but her hubby wanted me to show her, so I just gave her a couple of disposables.
My aunt with emphasyma has quit cold turkey, and (knock on wood) does not plan on smoking again. I did not approach her about it, especially given the circumstances, so I am sending up another 808 kit- just in case! (the kit I took for her, I gave to my cousin... I can mail the other one up)
The other members of my family were not there long enough to talk about it (or didn't show interest), so hopefully I'll get another chance. Next trip!
Anyhoo.. I couldn't have done it without everyone's support!! Thank you all
If/when my cousins sign up, I'll introduce them.. I gave them my ECF cards, and told them my username... and of course bragged about this great group!! ♥
