Who just eats the yellows? Everybody I know ditches the yellow and eats the whites.Our dogs get the Yellows...

Boiled eggs are 2 points each. I don't usually eat a lot of condiments but I love olives and pickles. Plus the points values are low and I can eat more of it.

Ok a little secret blend the eggs till the whites and yoks are well incorporated.Then you can freez them and use them like egg beaters Only there better.
