how long do you fry them in a deep fryer?

Pretty sure James smokes or grills his.

I think I need to hire James to come be my cook.
Drott nailed it. I cant remember how long, but yes, they spent at LEAST an hour or two in a cloud of hickory smoke.

Your diet would be deader than dead if you did.

I was surprised the ribs came out as well as they did. I wish I had started them a few hours sooner though. I didnt get them to "fall off the bone"... But even with just an hour of smoke, they had a pretty decent smoke ring that I didnt anticipate.

It was. Melanie had never had a rib on the bone before. We dont make ribs very often. And she ended up eating four of them. She's in the shower now. :lol:

And THIS is a Scotch Egg. Ive never heard of them rolled in bread crumbs.
