Both of mine are black. But I like how the Provari looks in silver, too. Good choice!
And Paul, the clear wrap is great (non)looking. Is that a JWrap? I had mine Jwraped, but I took them off. It made it too flashy for me. But the quality was absolutely superb! But I kinda like the battle scars on my PVs. My Provari has lots of fine scratches. I've dropped it a few times, admittedly. But it's never hurt it.
JWrap solved the problem of peeling chrome on my first Provari. I don't blame the device, my skin tends to dissolve metals, and that Provari barely left my hand. They just look cool on my other ones!
The thermometer on my back porch says its 50 degrees outside. I think it's a trap.

I always use mine with the extension, too. FIts my hand better and I prefer the battery life of the 18650's. Have you tried Panasonic 18650 CGR's in yours? I like them better than the AW IMR's.
