Good job Rick.
Y'all have turned me into an enabler. :D
Did everyone survive your trip to Walletmart?
Success hubby informed me our microwaves bottom is rusty and paint off under the turn wheels. That explained why it mo longer turns. Soo got one of them too.
Make yourself a pot of the soup, then freeze small containers to take to work. Yummy lunches.... Or dinner for you and the other humans can fend for themselves. :D

Yay to new microwaves and toasters! Funny story about my toaster...A few years ago I bought one of those fancy stainless steel toasters. Alex made cheese toast. Yep, there was a slice of cheese melted at the bottom of my new toaster!

Mmmmmmmm to split pea soup!!

Rick, we're all enablers here.

We just got home from my moms house. Supper was great! Cake with cream cheese frosting was awesome. I'm gonna cry on Monday when I weigh in. I dread it.

My mom and my sister surprised me with an AWESOME birthday present.....A beautiful Coach purse!!!! I almost fell out of my chair when I saw it! That's something I would never ever buy for myself. I'm too cheap. And I got some money too, which is always good!

How is everyone else tonight?

I dont think Ive ever had real split pea/ham soup... But I figure since I like Campbells, the real thing would be even better, which means that I would love it... right?

Mrs E's work was cutting hours, so she got home an hour early. Just in time to ruin my nap. I kept trying to fall asleep on the couch, all she wanted to do was not sleep and talk. Bleh. As soon as the kids woke up, we loaded up in the van and drove to TGIFridays. But when we realized that there would be a 30+ minute wait, we ended up going to Panda Express. We had never been there before. I wanted Japanese, but Mrs E has never had it, and she was convinced that the kids wouldnt want to eat it, so, Chinese fast food was the decision. It really wasnt too bad. The kids mostly ate all of their food. Then it was a trip to Target where Mrs E had a gift card from her birthday. We bought some stuff for my niece who will be playing T-ball with Melanie and CJ. She's never played before, but after watching Kat play softball, she became really interested in it. Mrs E and Kat got new bed pillows. Then Mrs E got frustrated with trying to find an over the shoulder boulder holder. I got a new pair of earphones since my other set started to cut out on one side... Back home, kids got bathed, and thrown in bed. Now the house is quiet and I get to watch Archer.

Yep. Thats as much fun and excitement as we get into around these here parts.

A Coach? Darn, what an amazing gift! I'm so glad you had an awesome birthday, you deserve it.

Glad to hear it Drott, just because they don't like it doesn't mean you have to go without. Actually it just means more for you.

I have to go to the hardware store tomorrow. And will try not to look at anything pricey while I am there. Or bathroom stuff. Spider shower does need to go though.... oh oh.....

Yes indeed. Spider shower. It's in the basement bathroom, it looks just like the before pics of the main floor bath. Minus a ceiling. When we were remodeling the main bath, we had to shower down there. And every single morning I saw at least one spider. Of course now that we don't have to shower down there, I have not seen a single one in the entire basement. Go figure.

He still thinks so too. Today's new torture device is a 36" long grabber thing that he got at Harbor Freight. I'll be just minding my business and PINCH! He's finding this loads of fun. If he's not sneaking up and pinching me, he's pinching Victor. :grr:
God bless that man.

Look, he's just trying to bring some happiness in your life.
