But I do LIKE you guys. We are having an uneventful Saturday. Mr. V went and picked up straw for the chickens this morning while Victor helped me exercise. That part didn't work out well. I guess he thought something was wrong with me, so he knocked me over and laid on my head. He's so helpful.

Mornin' folks. Sorry for taking so long to check in. I got to sleep in until 7. After a shower and getting dressed, the kids took advantage of Mrs E being at work and decided to take turns tackling me. For an hour. After each kid managed to get a minimum of three bruises, I decided that it was time for weekend chores. Ive got laundry going, Kat is doing the dishes, and Mel and CJ are picking up the dining room.
Yesterday, I got notified that I have 6 returning players from last season already locked into my team. There are 18 girls that will go through the draft, and Im hoping I can get the 5 I want. The others I will actually have to actually see how they do. BUT, with the weather doing...you know... the whole "weather" thing, the draft may get postponed again. We are getting snow again, but just enough to make it wet and nasty outside.
Aside from that, Ive got nothing else going on today. And that is awesome.

Shew! Glad that day at work is over! I had a matted up sheltie and it took F O R E V E R to get it done. Then the owner shows up an hour early and decides to wait and chit chat with me while I'm trying to finish. I just wanted to scream at her to get the F out of here and let me finish so you can go home already! But I didn't. I smiled and nodded as she talked, and talked, and talked some more. 
On a good note, the owner of the shop bought me an awesome birthday present. A gift certificate for THREE half hour massages!! You can bet your tushie I'll be using those up in a hurry!
Now off to my moms to celebrate my bday with them and eat some yummie food. I'll be back later tonight.

Ok, microwave has been replaced. I lucked out - I was able to use the mounting plate from the old unit and didn't have to drill more holes through the ceramic backsplash.

Good afternoon Posse! Boy I am tired! I stopped at BJ's on the way home, and noticed I might just need to switch over to Sam's. It looks like they are phasing out the big 3 pound containers of coffee and going for the single serve machine thingies. Boy those things are expensive! I think they wanted $39 for one box, and it didn't seem to weigh much at all.
And if anyone is keeping score, I love split pea soup! But everyone in this house loves it too, so it's every man for themselves!

Survived. On my way to wallyfworld. What am I thinking??? Rick reminded me I need a new roster. I'm only toasting on one side.
Success hubby informed me our microwaves bottom is rusty and paint off under the turn wheels. That explained why it mo longer turns. Soo got one of them too.
Mr. V loves it, I like it. I get good wife points, and don't have to cook tomorrow. I win.
