Oh nooooooooo..
Sorta bad news - it appears there is a reason the MVP's haven't shipped yet:

Dear Susan,

Apologize for the delay on the iTaste MVP 5-in-1 Voltage Adjustable Rechargeable 2600mAh Mechanical LCD Electronic Cigarettes Set (SKU 1352000).

During packaging, we discovered that the Electronic Cigarettes Set we were about to ship you is the wrong item. The supplier has provided the wrong stock to us. We will have it replaced and shipped to you as soon as possible (within 24 hours).

It will ship with a tracking number and we'll e-mail that to you when it ships.

Please let us know if you have questions about this arrangement. Thank you.

Kind regards,

RickMc

Looks like you're a trailblazer Drott!

Sun came out today. Bright and sunny and in the mid 70s! It's a great day out. I think we need to hit the grocery and pick up some steaks to throw on the barbecue for dinner.

She's a rotten stinkin' enabler (just like the rest of us in here)! I have a duck on the pit right now. Yum.

Poop. I just checked my email and have the same thing. Just poop.

I think they figured it ouot before they saw my order. Mine was too late to be delayed, maybe.

Laundry on a holiday sucks. Just say no...seriously.

That was yesterday. Today was chicken quail wrangling. Turtles are now outside for the summer.

You must need a very small rope for that. Especially for the quail. And a tiny little horse. SOMEONE we know has just the right sized dog for the cuttin' and herdin', though. :D

It's my own fault, I put it off.

I've never heard of doing that.

It's the STUFF. You gotta try it. Combination of direct heat to sear a little bit (light touch, all the fat starts fires way too easily) and indirect heat. Rub with honey inside and out and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt (also inside and out).

I do mine on a spit over a pit.

That would be yum. I am terrible at cooking on a spit. I'm a good cook, so it pains me to admit it, but....

It was pouring all day, so the fence can wait. Mr. V said I won't melt or anything, but I didn't feel like putting up fencing in the rain. And I had forgotten the stupid gate, so we went back to Menards to get it. ugh. Nice steak on the grill for dinner, and now I am sleepy.

Just in for a real quick check in.

After spending all day on the beach yesterday, and then taking the kids to the indoor pool last night, the kids actually slept in just enough to be woken up by Mrs E starting to pack up the room. We left the room at about 10:30 this morning. I unloaded the van, then she jumped back in to go pick up the furbabies from her parents. Got two loads of laundry done, then took Kat to a practice that I didnt really expect many girls to show up to. Got home, warmed up the bbq that I made last week to take to the beach that was forgotten and left in the freezer. And found out that Redd's Apple Ale is pretty darned tastey. I downed 4 in less than two hours, so Im feeling pretty good right now.

But after 13 years, I found I am still learning new things about my wife. While watching all of these motorcycles all weekend, she told me that she wouldnt mind having one. So I asked "so if I came home with a bike, you wouldnt be mad?" She said "nope. As long as its a good looking bike". For her, that means a sport bike. All of the years Ive bought, fixed, sold, and raced cars, I never knew she like bikes. Now Im really thinking about investing in one. Dont know what to get yet, but GSXR seems to be popping up a lot in what my price range would be. Now I need to start looking at MSC's.

But for now, Im am going to take my tipsy self to bed. I still get to wake up at 4:30 in the morning and I am NOT looking forward to that. Y'all have a good night!!!

Good morning Sallie and Drott

And good morning to the rest of the sleepy heads who havent gotten in yet!

Nothing too exciting planned here today. Just starting on trying to get caught back up from missing Friday. I love my time away from work, but its rough coming back to it, knowing that its had time to pile up. Especially when it looks like Friday was a big delivery day.
