Happy Friday Posse...I had to be up at 8:30 which is a hard thing for me to do...I'm a ten-ish waker upper....Rum had to go to the groomers and its an all day event.So he has to be there first thing.It's rainy here is Nevernear.Kinda Gray....

I wish you could too.I would so love that.Taking him today was bittersweet.He loves to go bye bye and he knows when I gather certain things he's going to the groomer.I have always had to use a gentle leader because he would drag me down trying to get to the car....I didn't need it today...There was no mad dash to the car...It wasn't that long ago that I couldn't have taken him out without it.The same with picking him up. He didn't need it.He did eat a whole bowl of dogfood and drank the entire pan of water so I know he's not sick.He's just winding down....getting old.....I'm sad...He'll be the last of the Newfoundlands...I couldn't handle a Newfie pup and they never go to shelters.
anyway nothing could replace Rums ever.
