Two weeks off for me would be a miracle and heavenly...of course that would be if there were no kids so like I said...a miracle. I can usually swing one night here and there though. Those are always so nice.

I've been a single mom since my boys were 6 and 10. Their dad fought for joint custody, and we sat in a room for 2 hours to hash out visitation agreeable to both sides. He took them a grand total of ONE WEEKEND, and brought them home a half a day early.

I love my boys to death, but I totally understand the need to just have a break sometimes.

Cool! I just have to make it through Saturday and I'll have 2 weeks off. Haven't planned anything.

It sucks...
