I'm looking at seeds. I had no idea you planted a whole potato to grow a potato. And who knew there were so many different kinds of sweet potatoes?

Seed potatoes you cut them in pieces. Just make Sure that each piece has a nice size eye. Sweet potatoes are slips that we're started from a sweet potato. It ya want I can tell ya how.

Mornin' all.

Last night didnt work out as planned. After all the kids were bathed and fed, I told them to put their folded clothes away then they were going to go to bed. Kat came in five minutes later saying that one of her dresser drawers had stuck closed. Im not really surprised at this. This is the $600 dresser from Sears that we got from my dad who got it at an auction for $75. It was brand new, but was put together wrong, so I spent a few hours in the living room when I brought it home to get it working. I did the best I could with what I had, and it wasnt quite perfect, but it would work just fine for Kat. However, the drawer that got stuck closed wasnt the one I thought it was (not the one that has a screwed up slide rail). It took me an hour to take that thing almost completely apart only to realize that I couldnt reach the last two screws that hold the top on. So Kat had to get in it to undo the screws that I couldnt reach. She got one out. Then she couldnt reach the last one. Melanie was able to get her hand in it, but she couldnt reach it. We were still scratching up arms when Mrs E got home from work. She was able to get it undone and I got the top off. Turns out, Kat had so many clothes stuffed in the drawer, she pushed the bottom panel out of the groove at the front of the drawer which was catching on the frame of the dresser. I finally got to fix my dinner and watch the last half of the football game at about 10:30. It was just after midnight by the time I got to bed. I really wish I had taken the day off. Im exhausted.

Ive also been voluntold that I have to go drop off someone's truck for maintenance. Then a hardware store to price some drills for the techs. And Ive already been fussed at today for not having any of my receiving tasks done from last week. No duh, dummy. Ive done nothing but returns for the last five days. Whatd ya think was going to happen?!?

Ok, thats enough complaining from me for now. Im off to work! Talk to yous guys later!

Is it hard? If not then yes, tell me how please. If it's a pita, I'll buy it in the seed book when we order.

In my area were just starting them in house.

Really? Already? Guess we better get crackin' if we're using seeds. I don't know wth I'll put anything. I want my side porch enclosed. That'll give me one more room to clutter up.

Good morning. Should be semi-quiet at work today, since MLK is a holiday. I elected to work and bank a comp day, but I regretted it the minute my alarm went off.

I'm only home because no dogs were scheduled. It's the super slow season right now.

Sounds like a great day...
Good morning everyone. A good time was had by all yesterday. Too much wine. Just enough beer. I'm surprised I'm not hung over this morning! Reign won in OT and pulled ahead in the league again where we belong. Very exciting game. Soup was wonderful.

If I didn't have school work and bills to pay it would be a kick back Sunday!

Bamrz, I hope both the Jeep and the heat are simple and cheap fixes. Crossing my fingers.... Paul sounds like he might be able to provide some guidance!

We have a new Menards.Never been to one...I may have to check it out...
I'm glad it's working Bamrz.

We ended up going to Menards last night. 11% rebate on everything. I got light bulbs. (surprise, surprise) Mr. V put new ones in the kitchen this morning. Now I either have to clean the kitchen or take the light bulbs back out. My actual mission was to get a new sink for Friendship huts bathroom. Which I did. And completely forgot to get a faucet.
