I have a canister smoker, but I never use it.
My grill has the place where you can mount a smoke box to the side of it, but its $70. I just use the charcoal side to do my smoking.
Bah. It'll be ok. Seriously. I get pretty drunk while Im cooking, but I make sure I stop to be sufficiently sober by the time we start the fireworks. Besides.... Mrs E doesnt drink. She keeps my in check pretty well. I promise, we'll be as safe as high explosives allow.Hmmm, somehow that doesn't sound like a really safe combination.

My grandma sent me home with some bbq she made yesterday so I made a sandwich with it and ate a few taters. Now Ruger is trying his hardest to lick the bbq sauce off my chest and shorts.

I hope everyone has truly enjoyed their July 4th, and still was able to keep in mind the sacrifices that have been made by the brothers and sisters that are and have served in this nation's military. All gave some, and some gave all to keep this country free. And because of those sacrifices, freedom isnt free.

Everybody is having fun and eating stuff. I've been scared to open my new computer with the deadly Windows 8.....First let me say this. I bought a new computer because I couldn't scroll, adjust my sound, or do drop down boxes. Pretty good reason to venture into the scary world of dun...dun...dun...Windows EIGHT...Turns out is was my wireless mouse but I didn't know it until I tried to use it on my Dun..Dun..Dun...Windows EIGHT.The same things were happening...Yeah so I bought a laptop that I didn't need. I needed a new mouse....Dun.. Dun.. Dun. Dammmmmmit.

Goooood morning posse! I was supposed to go to the little shop to work today but she just called and there aren't any dogs. But I'm going to go tomorrow.. The big shop I work at is still NOT open again!!!! So this has been about 6 weeks now. The owner told me about one more week. I hope we have some clients left!
So today I'll go get groceries. I went to Petco yesterday and got new dog food . Ended up getting Merrick. I think Ruger has more toys than my kids ever did. A bit spoiled. I'm about to place a Petedge order to get some work supplies but I'm also ordering Ruger a camo walking vest and a denim rhinestone collar. Don't laugh, at least its blue.
Need some juice...order that Monday.. Also need Vivi, pre tank, and evod heads and a new twist. Order that today. Not that anyone gives a hoot what I'm buying but I have no other news to talk about.
