Morning posse. Hope everyone had a good long weekend. Did I miss anything?

Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2

James had a party, had too much to drink and had a hangover all day yesterday.

I cleaned.

FV worked on her pond yesterday.

Drott has a package stuck in San Francisco.

Sallies dog got stung in the eye.

Did I miss something?

Now you have me wondering how Grimms doing.

Good afternoon posse! Grimm is fine, everything is back to normal. Thanks for wondering Drott! :)

I'm trying to get back into the swing of the work thing. It isn't working. Blech.

Rainy here too, but at least it's 75 and rainy and not 93 and rainy. There is always a bright side... kinda...

My motivation has left the building. I've gotten some stuff done but need to do more. I really need to get the walls washed of slobber and Morgan's door primed and painted. Hubby's laying the bathroom floor. I need to go to the grocery store.

Morgan just lost about every privilege (did I spell that right??) she has today. And she's still complaining, being rude and disrespectful.. Guess I'll start on tomorrow's privileges.

What's the difference in a regular power sander and a finishing sander? I'm sanding down two side tables and getting no where fast doing it by hand.

I'm going to guess more hp on a power sander and a larger surface area. Finishing sanders typically have a smaller surface area and you use finer grit sandpaper to "finish" sanding. I typically use a belt sander to get through the existing finish quickly and a finishing sander with progressively finer grit paper to make it baby .... smooth. My finishing sander also has different head attachments for it so you can get into groves and corners.
