Auh dad look they are so cute, can we get some?
No!
But dad!

I want some...no I don't

Thanks V:)
Boo Hiss!!!!
The way they pay us now is through a payroll company so my checks take longer....

It gets annoying. Especially when they pay me some random check that I wasn't supposed to receive and then remove the money from my account and the bank freezes it. :glare:
 Victor is watching his favorite chick flick. Thank heavens for glass.....
Gotta love Chick Flicks.

I went to work this morning and the great pyrenees had rescheduled for next Saturday so I did a couple of small dogs. After getting off work I went to get groceries, picking up the kids from school (only 3 phone calls from the school today, and one from Alex :glare: ), I come home. I had already given out chore assignments on the way home and am thinking that it's gonna be great once the groceries are put away and I'll probably have time for a nap. Well that's not quite how it went. As soon as we walk in the house we are hit with the most foul of foul odors. Shrek had ........ in his kennel. And he was laying all in it. Gross, I know. The kids brought the groceries in and put them away. God knows where I'll find stuff. but it was a huge help because I had to immediately take Shrek to the tub. He doesn't like the tub. Morgan came in about halfway through the bath and asked if she could help. She had on rubber gloves and a face mask. Sure you can help, come over here and shampoo the carp out of his feet and legs while I rinse the back half.

So bath is done, now to the kennel. Tossed all the bedding. Yuck. Ruger is barking to get out of his kennel and go out so I take him out but he only goes pee. He rang the bell four times in thirty minutes and none of those times did he poo. The little stinker just wants out to play.

I'm still trying to get my house cleaned back up. Theres giant paw prints on my floor from Shrek running wet through the house. Tumble weeds floating across the living room. And we haven't had supper yet. I started vacuuming and had to stop and take a break. Still need to clean the kitchen. Both kids are being butts now.

I think I'm gonna finish my cleaning and then get a really big glass of wine. Oh, and I guess I better feed the kids too.

On the good news front, one of the phone calls from Alex's school was to let me know that he's been moved up to third on the long waiting list for evals. She said she did tell them that I'm his mom and the county special ed director groaned.  Soooo, the moving up the waiting list wasn't me getting a favor, it was them not wanting to deal with me. I just don't know why they think I'm so mean. I work fine with the schools them selves but the county sped office, not so much. Over 12 years of history there and all in special ed. They just don't like me. Oh well. I got what I wanted so that's what counts.

Did I mention I got up at 4am to stumble to the bathroom only to step in Shrek's ......... It's been going on a couple of days now and for about a month off and on. Getting a little worried. We're weening onto a new food right now because he was allergic to something, I think the sweet potatoes, in the last food. That might be what has his tummy upset right now. I'm mixing it with the old stuff he was on but if the old stuff was making him sick and he's going to a new food then , oh hellz I don't know. I groom, I'm not a vet. I'll take him to one if he doesn't feel better by the time we have him all the way on the new food.

Break time over. Back to the vacuum and mop.

I was right. It was a whirlwind day. Im just now getting home. We got the Camaro to the shop after I got off of work. Thankfully, I called an hour before they closed to make sure that someone would be there. The guy that owns it said that he had to leave early, but would have someone there a little late to meet me. I love being in a small town. You cant find that level of customer service in the cities.

After we dropped the car off, we went to go pick up my niece, who is staying the night. After an hour Melissa left with the kids and I stayed to hang out with my brother, something that doesnt happen NEARLY often enough. And he's got a new dog. He got a boxer from a rescue shelter. She was malnourished but otherwise, no worse for wear. She is an awesome dog!

Once the kids finally get to sleep, Im headed to the mancave for some beer and video games.

Darn, and I wouldn't have to worry about you sinking a vat while I was gone.
No. You wouldve had to worry about her sinking IN the vat.

Gotta love Chick Flicks.

Heres how to cure that. Just tell them when you eat the ones you have. Then you can have more.:lol:
Wow. You cruel cruel woman!!!

Friday night the young Posse must be out enjoying them selves.
Kinda.
