Missed ya Rick! Nothing new here. Doing good. You?

Tiff, my life is much as usual. The Mouse and teaching. I'm at end of term, which means school work. Spent 4 or so hours grading stuff, then moved on to a martini! WIN!

I gotta order some juice before I run out. Ack!!!

Good morning. Its raining here. Supposed to all day. Its a busy day today here. Have to take Morgan to a bday party in a couple of hours. Then go out to eat for my sisters bday. I'm hoping I'll have time in between to go buy a floor lamp and return something to petsmart. I've got some housework to do before I get ready but I can't seem to find my motivation.

Good mornin' Posse.

It was really quiet in here yesterday, wasnt it? Sorry I contributed to the silence. After my brother came by to pick my niece up, we went to Walmart... by "we" I mean me and three kids since Mrs E was at work. Thats always an adventure. Then I dropped Kat off with a friend so she could spend the night there. Came home, put groceries away, then stretched out on the couch for a nap. Melanie woke me up at 8:00... I asked why she didnt wake me up when they woke up from their nap, and she said "Cuz you were sleepin'."

Fixed a dinner of pork chops, mac n' cheese, green peas, and cream corn. I finally got them to bed at nearly 10:00.

This morning, I got to stay in bed until about 8:30. And my back is telling me that I was in bed way too long. Mrs E left for work a couple of hours ago. And I was sitting here watching the race, I looked up and saw cobwebs. The same cobwebs that I swear were growing long enough so they could snatch me up off the couch and strangle me. Luckily, I married a wife who says "Nuh uh... THIS woman dont dust." So Ive spent the last two hours dusting the walls, horizontal surfaces, ceiling fans, ceilings, lights, and any other horizontal surface I could reach. Now the floors are covered in dust. BUT since my wife refused to dust, I refuse to sweep. She can take care of that when she gets home from work.

I intend to spend the rest of my day cooking something for lunch, then figuring out what Im going to cook for dinner. Then take Melanie and CJ up to the school for CJ's kindergarten orientation.

The rain finally stopped here. And the temps havent hit 70 in the last two days. Today isnt supposed to get over 75. Now that its not raining, Ive got the house opened up trying to get some fresh air in here.

 Maybe he fell and didnt land on his feet?

Could be, but I didn't hear anything loud since I got home yesterday. But then I really don't know when it happened. The only way to really notice it is to see him directly from behind, and instantly you can see it just looks wrong. But from the front or side, nothing looks odd.

Thankfully it doesn't seem to be bothering him, he let me lift it without growling or anything (and he's the one with the nasty personality). I'll call the vet tomorrow and see if I can get him in, apparently they can have issues with other nerves in the area if they have tail damage. :(

Or dog broke her tail by wagging too much.

And our cat broke her tail when my exMIL shut it in the door :glare:

LOL on the wagging! My lab could have done that, she wagged so hard and usually hit furniture! :)

I don't think I've closed a door (other than to the outside) since Andy moved out! I guess he could have fallen, he always likes napping in the bathroom windowsill and sometimes Gabby tries to get a turn and they fight.
