Anyhow, they made my daughter grin for the first time in days. I imagine it'd be an incredible feeling, to just go from room to room making people smile. :)

And that's exactly why I want to do it. My daughter was also in the hospital as well as myself a couple of years ago and it really brightened the day when the dogs came. Everyone looked forward to it.

As soon as I plugged it in, it turned green, so I left it and it eventually went out. Not sure how long it took, I totally forgot to make note of when I plugged it in.

Yeah, I forgot to mention the other day when I charged mine that the green light did go out when fully charged.

Happy Father's Day!!!!

Yesterday the guys played with rc helicopters. Mr. V's flew away and we can't find it. This morning I ordered a replacement from Amazon as it was one of Sonny's toys. oops.

Last night was a terrible storm, but today is sunny and hot. The guys are putzing with the boat, no telling if it's getting plopped in the lake today or not.

Missed you all yesterday!

Oh, the rba is use is an ihybrid Rick. Sorry, I meant to answer that sooner. Today I am setting up an AGA for Sonny. He can't get it working, so hopefully I can get it going for him. He normally uses a Boge and a phiniac on whichever mod he has stolen from me lately. This weekend he brought my S-max up. I won't be getting it back.

Can't you apply for a Grant or some kind of public assistance?
Like I said, I'm looking for a basic and advanced obedience class to take first. Then go from there.

I really wish I could afford to have him trained as an emotional support service dog. It would be perfect for our family.

I did have fun, laughing at them. One hovering inches from the back of the others head..... I guarded my dreads from helicopter blades. I can't imagine how I would get a 12" helicopter out of my hair.

I've looked that up too and found nothing. Most people do fundraisers. I put in an inquiry for info on therapy training. Psychiatric service dog training is thousands of dollars. I'm gonna stick with therapy dog.

I made his favorite dinner, burgers and baked beans. The kids made him the PB cookie, which turned out to be a mess. Apparently the dough expands as it cooks. My 10yo filled the pan to the top with dough and it overflowed all into the oven. The cookie still tastes good, though, so that's what counts.

I told him he had to stay out of the kitchen, so he went out to the garage for a few. When he popped his head in the door, I decided to mess with him and I told him I was making pork chops with apple fritters for dessert. (He hates pork chops and has a nasty reaction to apples.)

He goes, "You know, I can smell the peanut butter cookie in the oven."

Doh! I tried.
