Good morning Drott!

No tat to cover this one. It really isnt that bad, but if it was, I think I would rather have a scar on my knee than a tattoo!
I'll tell you one thing, nobody is getting near the scar on my knee with a tattoo gun! It still has some issues with the nerves, and just shaving freaks me out sometimes. :(

Morning posse. Today might be Monday(4) but tonight is most definitely Hair(&wine) night and it can't come soon enough!

James, glad you're okay.

Where is Stretchy? You don't think she got lost looking for shorts do you?
YAY for hairy wine night! :):):)

Was anyone in here thinking of getting an MVP?? My CRS is acting up again.

Oh and the A/C is fixed at work!!!:banana::banana:

I'll be ordering soon. The co op has them but by the time you add the postage from china and us postage from co op host to me it's more than ordering from FT.

Shoot, I just signed up and forgot about checking shipping. :( Maybe with the Protank heads added I'll make out a little better. (just trying to convince myself...)

Hairy wine night! I'm in.
:toast: They really need one with wine glasses!

    Evenin' guys and gals.

Its been an interesting night here. I finally got in touch with my dad and brother and was able to get them to agree to have a nice family heart to heart. No wives. No kids. Just the three of us. Im glad we/they did... Dad was so hurt from the ordeal, he was in tears. But after getting everything aired out, I think we're better. Maybe not "all better" but definitely better.

Now the bad news. I took my bike to dads house this evening. They are doing a lot of road work on the road leading to dad's neighborhood. Yeah, you know where this is going.... When I made the turn in to my dad's street, I realized, too late, that where the two roads join was covered in dirt/sand/loose gravel. As I made the turn, I hit the dirt, and my back tire was coming out from under me before I slowed down enough. I went down. Thankfully, I wasnt going very fast, and I had all of my safety gear on. Im glad I spent the money and got a decent jacket with armored shoulder, elbow and back pad. There isnt a single scuff mark on the nylon. I plinked my helmet so lightly I didnt realize my head even hit the asphalt. My right boot is scuffed up pretty bad though. But my jeans didnt even rip at the knees. I have two small areas of road rash on my right arm, and a good three inch strawberry on my right knee, but thats really it. THe bike fared about the same as I did. She's got a little road rash on her right fairing and exhaust pipe, and the right rear turn signal is dangling, but otherwise, shes in decent shape. Im still ...... about the damage. She may be a 20 year old bike, and may not have been too expensive, but it sucks knowing shes not as pretty now as she was 6 hours ago.

Screw the bike, glad you're alright. Hope the damage isn't too substantial. GJ on the road gear as well.

......! Ian just texted me that they demolished my elementary school! It's just a bit down the road from me, and I had no idea! I wish I had known about it, he said we could have walked through it for a while before they did it. :( I went to school there, and he and Andy went there after we moved here. Just wow.
