Boy that is bad and good news for real.

Well, just got good news and bad news.

Bad news is that our manager (the guy that actually hired me and took me under his wing) just got let go.

Good news is that I officially have a position in the new company (at least for now) and am not getting laid off.

Bad news is that I now work directly under Douche Canoe. He called me a few minutes ago and said my world was about to have some big changes, but he thinks I will enjoy working directly under him.

At least I still have a job.

And with that, I leave y'all. All of us from work are going to go watch American Sniper in IMAX. The final hoorah and possibly the last time we see our manager.

HOpefully it'll work out ok, James. Try to keep a positive frame of mine and look for the good in the changes. It may not be as bad as you anticipate. If it is, well, that sucks.

Hubby just finished shoveling. Not sure if we got 4 or 5 in. Was the heavy stuff.

No snow here, just overcast. I think it's in the low 30's. Sure is a weird winter.

Since I can't go out and shovel. Believe me there's more to be done. Hubby's the shovel a few path and the rest will melt kind of guy. I've been good and not .....ing about it. Well any way going to play with the Pullman pan again. This time will use my tried and true recipe and see what happens. I love the ease of slicing from this pan.

Good afternoon. I'm home from work. Morgan is with my sister shopping. I've got the embroidery machine going again doing another set of towels. I'm loving this machine!! It's awesome!! I'll have to go pick Morgan up later this afternoon. I'm thinking of going to the craft store while I'm out. I found some patterns I want to make...a pair of pj pants and a shirt for myself. Come spring I'll be sewing all kinds of dresses. Found some really cute patterns for them.

I'm looking into options of going back to school. I'm not when I'd do but would really like to do it. Alex will be going to school here soon so it will depend on what the finances are like then as to whether we can pull it off or not right now. Either way I'll be going back to school sometime in the future.

Couldn't take it any more I can see my car from the window at my computer. Just had to hope out and clean it off. It's 42 and melting. Next storms moving in Sunday night in to Monday. Can't wait.
