this arc is much larger (i hope) than your mod would produce but you get the idea.
Oh haha no I didn't see anything crazy like that. I just heard the coil leg pop. I had both legs in their respective posts, and tried to screw the positive side. The negative post wasn't screwed in yet
hot legs are an issue with micro coils, if you have long legs and they made contact when you hit the button that would cause a short.
when i build coils sometimes i leave the legs a bit long and well they dont touch before i hit the button that bit of heat is enough to cause them to deform and touch. (had this happen once)
so to answer your question
if the battery shows no signs of damage and is putting out the correct voltage
and all of the MODs contacts are fine
and you get 0 ohms when running a resistance check across the posts WITH OUT a coil on it.
then your stuff is most likely fine.
