Couldn't log in this morning with password

I hate when this happens.
Sooo, I went with the "can't remember password" route, and got an ecf supplied password to use to log in.
Now I want to change my password, and using the supplied password to do so, I get a message saying that my existing password is not correct
So just how do I change the password now?

If you are copying and pasting, some browsers like to throw a space at the end. Type it out manually and see if that works.

I just had to re try again with a new supplied password to log back in, so I'll see how this time goes in setting a new password.

Still can't reset password using supplied password as existing password.
