Does anyone know if the Fry's/Kroger buy 10 get $5 off deal is for multiples of 10 or just the first 10? TIA

I believe it's for each 10, that's how it's worked for me in the past. Kroger's is called "Smith's" here and they have the same sale going. I'm not sure if the same items are being offered in all stores, but I found this site with some really good ideas for maximizing your savings during this sale: Smith’s | Coupons 4 Utah

I forgot to mention..I don't know if anyone here shares my passion for "Turtles" but I love those darn things. Walgreen's has them on sale (the 7 ounce box) 2/$5 which isn't a bad deal in itself, but there's a $1 a box off coupon here I printed out 4 (2 from two different computers) and got 4 boxes for $6.

They must be different because the Uncle Ben's will be $.29 after coupons at Fry's. It's funny how they're different everywhere. Ours used to be a Smith's, now it's Fry's. When I lived in Cali it was Kroger, and in Oregon we go to Fred Meyer. All of them have Kroger as the store brand and my Fry's card works for discounts.

yup, unfortunately they vary from region to region. I'm in Northern Nevada and there's really no coupon website that hunts down deals for this area, so I have to check coupon sites in Utah or Northern California. Even Walgreen's and CVS has different deals here (usually stingier).

In SmartSource this week.. $5 coupon for Tylenol Heat Patches/analgesic rub.. and Rite Aide has them on sale for $5. So.. FREE! Also panty liners.. Free! I purchased 16 packages of panty liners (to which my daughter was completely embarrassed, but hey, it's for charity!) and 8 of the rubs and 8 of the creams. My price.. $0.80, and that's the tax of the panty liners. Half again is going to charity :D The manager called me a smart shopper.. the lady who rang me up originally thought someone was really, really hurt haha! I love FREE!!! I saved $96 today!

ETA: Came back because I messed up. I saved a total of $151.68 off the regularly priced items. Not too shabby! :)

I gotta tip my hat to you Lilacs. I love how you get these great deals and give a lot of them to charity, that really takes a special person.

And I commend all you guys & gals for taking time out of your day to do this!!

o.k., I have been stalking this thread for about a week now and I am astounded!. When I grow up I want to be just like you all!
Help me help me. I have CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Sweetbay and Wally world in my area. I stopped by CVS yesterday for grins and picked up a flyer and only saw buy one get one free items and no coupons. Where do I start? I could really get into this. Thanks for your help in advance. I promise to PIF when I get the hang of it.

Start picking up 3-6 Sunday papers. Make sure they have the coupon inserts in them first. The links that meems posted should tell you which coupons books are supposed to be in the paper on any given week. After that it's about matching the coupons you have to sales that are going on in your area. The whole idea is to stockpile things when they are as close to free as possible, so you don't run out before they go on sale again. There are lots of different ways to store and organize your coupons. Poke around those links for a while and you'll get the idea.

I found out my last donations went to the hurricane victims in the next county.. there was $8mill in damage, and the government won't help, because there wasn't enough damage. Go figure on that one. It honestly doesn't matter which charity it goes to, but I was glad to see which it went to, just the same. :)

I LOVE couponmom.com it takes out the guess work for me.. it's free and I don't get spam. It will tell you all you need to know, which stores, which coupons in which inserts in which dated paper. I'd love to see what you can find :)

You will be able to find frees & deals..but not the same as those in doubling areas..just a reality..it will take more work. I look at it as a game, when I win, everyone wins!

I know I saw someone mention this somewhere, I just don't remember where.. too many coupon threads  Anywho.. have any expired coupons? Give them here... Coupons To Troops

Also.. the deals for this coming weekend's papers can be found here.. 5-15 Smartsource Coupon Preview | Sunday Coupon Preview

Maybe this is repeated info from what you've seen.. maybe not! Either way, it gives me some idea of how many papers I want to get this weekend..

Just start googling what you are looking for =) I found this Publix Florida couponer facebook page If you search for "CVS Coupon Match up", "Walgreen's Coupon Matchup" "Walmart Coupon Match up" you will find plenty of sites to get you started. I looked a little bit for Sweetbay but most people said they don't reallly have any fantastic sales..
