Having a little 18mg around never hurts in those situations!! If you go that route (like I did), I think you will find that the situations in which you have the urge will be fewer and fewer as time goes by. Don't delay though - you don't want to 'train' your body that every time it gives you 'that feeling' you are going to satiate it with an analog... the longer you wait to make that behavioral change, the harder it will be to break that habit!

ps... the cig tasted HORRIBLE!

Just found somebody to buy my old Jimmy so I managed to get my order in a day early YAY!!!! #26006

Biggest order yet..... 50 ml Cheesecake, Strawberry and Cherry for toppings, got me some Cookie at 18mg, and threw in a couple of bottles of PP so my kitties can celebrate with me. I'm so excited!

Thanks ASH, and Peng (again). I've been lurking around the family playspots for a while. Sometimes I drop a few words, mostly I read. Yall are hard to keep up with, but you've helped already more than you know. And its been 8 days, which isn't my longest stretch, but it is after I really made a decision that I was done NOW.

I've said it before and I will keep saying it...Yall are an awesome, caring, funny group and I love you all.
