Thanks for all the support and advice guys!
I'd be that much closer to a Reo if cheesecake wasn't coming out next Tuesday. I carry my MVP and my VV on me at all times. It really amazes me that I smoked for almost 20 years considering how much I hate the taste and smell of those things, but a habit is a habit I guess. Especially with all those super addictive chemicals added. I don't necessarily beat myself up when I slip, but it sure is hard to get that taste out of my mouth. I've been vaping since April and really have come along way. I guess I'm just ready to take that last step to freedom, especially now that I'm back to work. The restaurant business is SUPER stressful and I just don't want to backslide.
You're doing great!! It took me quite a while to get completely off of cigarettes. I actually started vaping late last year, but was not able to fully kick the habit until about a month ago. I was constantly trying new devices and they helped some as I upgraded, it wasn't until I got a Reo that I was able to fully quit. I know that others have already mentioned it, but it was what got me over the hump. The flavor and nic hit that I got from the Reo, along with determination and the support of everyone here got me through my first weekend of detox symptoms that I was experiencing, after that it has slowly gotten easier and I am actually dropping my nic levels. Everyone is different and you have already come along ways. You will figure out what works for you and when you do, you will fully quit. The most important thing that people told me was not to beat myself up for still smoking some, but to reflect and celebrate how far you have come. Congrats on far you have come!!
