My comments
So let me see, we had Lawrence Deyton abruptly leave. We had the two corrupt guys leave (Recent press reports revealed extensive evidence of serious wrongdoing by Dr. Andrew von Eschenbach, Dr. Frank M. Torti, top FDA attorneys, Center and Office Directors, and many others in prominent positions of authority at FDA. As a result, Dr. Frank M. Torti, Acting Commissioner and the FDAs first Chief Scientist, abruptly left the Agency.) over falsifying scientific data. This was all around 2009 when the FDA published their laughable
http://www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/PublicHealthFocus/u... lab results in order to claim that an electronic cigarette is actually a medical
device (you did say Deyton was with GSK...but that would pose no conflict of interest[pardon me while I laugh hysterically] (lost that one in court...no doubt).
Now we are approaching April 2013 and we have yet a new guy (Zeller) to propose "deeming" regulations on e cigs?
I am appalled by this!
The level and magnitude of this corruption is mind boggling.
As I mentioned in my last
thread, thanks to e cigs and ECF I am a vaper!
I will no longer contribute 1 obsolete Canadian penny to them! Now that I am healthier, I don't need you Pharm either!
As for the FDA, you are seriously broken and clearly inept at managing what you have been given.
You are a disappointment to the American people and the world.
Nicotine cannot be banned, it will be around and I am sure I will find it if need be.
I am done with all of you.
I have no confidence or trust in the FDA, BT or BP and that is only because before I stopped smoking and started
vaping 1 month ago I had no reason to think that their existence was not for the health and well being of those whom they are supposed to serve. I had no idea just how corrupt, manipulative and impervious they really are. No idea until I read this letter
http://gaia-health.com/articles201/000201-letter.pdf
detailing corruption by those in the highest places of trust at the FDA disregarding scientists tests and recommendations in favour of BP and BT. People are dead today because of their recommendations. Since all this happened in 2009 at the time the FDA originally wanted e cigs to be classed as medical devices (clearly that would be good for them, BT & BP right?) I really can't trust their decision making. I for one am thrilled to not pay anymore money to BT. Thank you e cigs! I will however continue to vape because despite what the FDA cares to throw out as propaganda, I know that I FEEL better, my BP is down, my Doc is happy and there will always be Nicotine, somewhere.
