I have a question about the BO-8 Triton. What's the size of the holes for the wick? Will a 3mm wick fit?

I believe it is 2.5mm

I may have been just unlucky, but I have not been able to order any imr AW batteries from DV since ... well since I started looking at stuff that would use them. I had to order the 18350 efest from another site since I could not find any of the batteries for the mini lambo4 here when I ordered the device. (They showed up on the site the day after I ordered)

Can you take pre-orders with an estimated lead time? Or set a day in November when they will be in stock for the first 100 orders?
I would rather order them here. I plan to order some devices that take 18650's and add a couple of devices that use 18350's to the rotation for Christmas and I am going to have to spread my purchases out over the next 6 weeks.

Will the lambo mini take button top as well as the flat?


I am probably not going to carry the AW's anymore, there is zero profit in it and I mean zero. It's not wise to stock 1000.00 worth of product when you don;t make anything on them. I'd try another supplier but I am getting them direct so not sure if I can do any better on the cost.

In the email i got from you today ,you wrote "I looked up your order based on email ", how did you find my order ID ? (unless you got my original mail from Gmail).
Why do you think that i might want to remove that ?

I saw your email address (not mail content) on the picture you posted (see sonics repost) and sent a reply to you, I figured out what the problem was when I looked up your order number via the same email address, it's in my system and saw that your package had stopped for 13 days and hadn't moved, it was a pretty easy deduction and doesn't mean I saw your original email and decided not to reply. If you are implying I saw your mail content and ignored you, you are mistaken.

every person in my forums will tell you I reply to all email, sometimes at very odd hours of the night, I certainly didn't single you out. I wouldn't do that. I realize this is not pleasant for you and the lack of communication between us is troublesome but it isn't intentional.

You still haven't replied to me back, so we must be still having an issue with email somewhere along the line, unless you didn't reply? If you have then I still am not getting yours from you to me.

as I said in the email, it looks like it got stuck in the sorting facility and then oddly, 13 days later it started moving, hopefully you get it soon. I don't control the USPS and cannot make them do anything unfortunately, if it hadn't moved I would have reshipped. If it continues for more than a reasonable amount of time, I will refund your payment and take the loss.

I am not ignoring you, honest.

Sent e-mail - without any reply (if there is a problem and the mail did not reach his recipient,Gmail sends a message)
I left a message at your site - completely Ignored !
Tried to contact USPS - can not because i am not an US resident (they write in their site to contact the Vendor.. it's a Da** LOOP)
How long should i wait ???
The only Person that can sort this out is You.
The reason i did not answer your e-mail is that i don't have any answers ... all i have is Lots of questions .
If you have any answers to solve the problem i will be more than glad.

The key statement Eric made that perhaps slipped over your head , is paraphrased by me as:
No one in the United States or anywhere else on the planet can even contact the USPS to track a package, complain, return something delivered to the wrong address or to buy each postal employee a beer.

Some say the president can get someone to answer the phone at a post office but I don't have any proof of it.

I do however have 25 years experience with shipping and receiving in corporate facilities large and small.

The usps has great odds that a package or letter will get to where it is addressed quickly, cheaply and intact. But when something goes wrong you are better off praying to whatever deity you prefer since that will have more effect than any other path.

If this is an international shipment then all bets are off. Especially if a DHS employee gets involved.

If this is really the situation with USPS it is not right !! and surely not so cheap (17$ for a very small package)
So what do you guys do when this happens to you ?
What happens when an US Resident send an Email to the Customer Service Support ?

USPS is a beast that cannot be tamed, the only other option is FedEx or UPS and they are much more (usually) the reason it was expensive for you is because I no longer send "post" because too many people were reporting "lost" shipments from certain countries. I found a different forums thread (since deleted) on how to scam companies using post and it works, so I changed to Priority mail.

Priority mail costs 16.95 outside the US, it doesn't matter how small the parcel being sent.

However, that said, Priority also has issues sometimes, 95% of the time there is no issue, but it happens.
What I do is this, I wait 21 days after it has left the air hub and if not delivered I either reship or refund the payment.

In your case, it did not move for 13 days. I can't say if Sandy had anything to do with it but there are a LOT of packages I have sent in recent weeks that are either stuck or not moving and I had one person last night tell me the same thing you did, 13 days stuck and then it moved, so there is a distinct possibility that something happened.

As dizzy said above there is nothing we can do about it on this end.

All I can tell you is that I won't leave you hanging, but I also just can't reship instantly.
The email issue we are having can't be helped I just didn't get it, I do not know why, I use Gmail as a provider so there should be zero reason for issues between us, I am sorry about that :(

The problem is that since it started mooving it stopped again (since Nov 7 )
So.. until when are you going to wait for the RE ship/fund ?

Your credit card has been refunded. When you receive the package I would appreciate you letting me know. I will pay to have it shipped back.
