I hope this issue can be resolved.
In the meantime, I must recommend not using LiteCig premium cartomizers.

Ordered 3 (or was it 4? Haha) times from Litecig so far and every time was great! Ordered on Monday morning, got the package on Wednesday! Everything has worked great so far and replies to e-mails were always super quick!
Litecig is definitely at the top of my list for suppliers. My only real complaint is that they only carry 10 mL liquids, but I think that's changing soon enough.

Ordered on Friday, received on Monday!!! Everything in perfect working order, couldn't ask for more. LiteCig has the best prices and availability on 302 attys around! Will be ordering more soon. Oh and the maderine orange eliquid gets 2 thumbs up. It's absolutely perfect mixed with a touch of menthol

re: auto batts sucking: i seem to be the odd one out on this and have only experienced 401's, but i thought the manual 401 batts seemed a lil weaker than the autos for some reason. even with advance heating it just doesn't put out as much vape with the same atty. maybe i just got a dud, but since i prefer the auto for convenience and only wanted the manual for maximum heating, i'm sticking with the auto for the 401.
none of this reflects on Shawn, though, he's been aces everytime. wish the factory would hurry up and complete his m4xx pcc order, tho!

As usual, like clockwork. Placed a regular 1st class order Saturday night, arrived in my mailbox Tuesday morning, Flawless. Only one day longer than Priority. Enjoying your free shipping for orders under $75! I know I'm only about 100 miles away, but that's almost as fast as sending a letter across town, (very small town...lol).

Hi Shawn! Hope all is well with you. IF you run out of the stainless steel 510 attys, just substitute with black ones....but I do prefer the stainless. The 510 is now officially MY FAVORITE ATOMIZER. I'm still using up the old VX2 attys...as well as the BE112's on the Sparkplug....but the 510 is my fave. I hope you carry them for a LONG time to come! If so, you will be the ONLY vaping dealer I will be dealing with. My favorite MOD is the Protege...I have two of them with various adapter heads...but they have already sent me TWO BAD ATTYS (510 & RN4075).....without an EASY way to get replacements...(Remember, I'm on the road hauling freight most of the time). They just don't stand behind their products the way that you do. You have been THE BEST vaping dealer to deal with...by a LONG SHOT. Shawn/Litecig has been my goto for vaping needs since I started last Sep.- previously, everything's been great, fast shipping, items good, customer service excellent. However, my last order, placed on 4/19 appears to be in Alaska ( that would be great, if I didn't live in Idaho, which for the geographically challenged, is one H#ll of a long ways from Alaska). I'm giving Litecig the benefit of the doubt by assuming this the USPS's screw-up, but the longer I wait to hear from Litecig regarding this, the more I'm wondering what's up with my favorite? supplier
Allrighty, +1 for Shawn- still waiting to hear back on customer service ticket, but I used his instant messaging gizmo and he responded within minutes.
lol all is good it is a weekend and i do sometimes have other responsibilities in life i responded to your ticket also with the actual reciept of me shipping it. it is in fact a usps screw up as what i sent you show the address it was mailed to etc... i will call them on monday and see if i can get the package rerouted to where it should be going
