EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
I ordered early friday afternoon so was quite surprise to get my package today, thank you.. The stainless steel drip tip is of excellent quality and very sturdy.. I really like the free shipping over $15 and will be buying all my 808D-1 cartomizers from you from now, they look of great quality too and I like that they don't have logos on them..

Got my Hello 016 and juice from them today and I'm very pleased.

Next time though I will heed the advice to upgrade shipping, I watched it sit in the post office for 2 days. Litecig is 2 hours away from me yet it took 5 days to get lol. I in no way blame Litecig for the postal services ineptitude. I just placed another order with them. Good prices and pretty local, Litecig will be my go-to from now on.

The post office sucks. They have crappy tracking and take forever to deliver anything, and they wonder why they're losing money to UPS and FedEx. I really wish there was a UPS option for shipping. I'd pay for it just for the fact that I'd know where my package is at all times and when I'll get it. My latest order has said this since Saturday:

Does this really mean my package hasn't even shipped yet? Usually when I order on a Friday night, by Tuesday, it tells me my package is in Champaign, IL which is where they sort all the mail for the area, and I usually get it on a Wednesday. But with it still just saying that info was sent and not that the package has even arrived at the first PO, that worries me. I'm nearly out of juice and really close to just buying a pack of cigs when I quit over a year ago.

Hey, I'm in the Champaign, Il area also... I've had "interesting" experiences with the USPS to say the least.

My last order from PA came in to the Champaign post office on day two, which is just 15 minutes from my local. Then off it went to somewhere SW of Chitown... Three days later it's back in Champaign. WOOHOO!!!

I'm sure your order shipped. Most times when I track and confrm, they don't update until the package is at my door...

As an experienced shipper, the USPS site can be a bit slow updating itself. I have had packages read that they were at the sort and the person was holding the package in their hand. LOL

Shawn - thanks for the great service. Order last Thursday afternoon, shipped Friday, received Monday! Awesome - from East Coast to West Coast can't get better then that!

anytime you may need something faster i would highly recommend purchasing the priority upgrade. first class mail can take alot longer then priority mail sometimes.

Yup, did priority with my last order. It shipped Saturday and I had it Monday. I'm very pleased with the prices and service, you do an awesome job. Thanks.

Litecig has been a phenominal supplier. As a newbie I was just haphazardly placing orders with multiple vendors for equipment and ejuice. Litecig has had the fastest shipping and the best customer service hands down. I am always handing out their cards to anyone interested in anything e-cig! By the way if you like a sweet eliquid I highly recommend their RY4!

Hi Everyone,

I thought I'd pop in here to say that I ordered afew items from Litecigs on Friday (Sept 3) and Today it is the 7th.. Even with Labor Day having no mail delivery I reveived my package this morning... Never have I received anything so fast!!!

I am sooooooo happy with my order!!!

The 401 PCC and the battery I ordered were pre-charged and ready to go.. The attys are individually sealed (which I've never seen done before), packaging was sturdy and secure...

Oh and the Gold battery (black with the gold ribbon design) is beautiful...

I am a customer for life!!!
