Got my first order yesterday and I am a very happy camper! The cartomizers were the best thing I've ever purchased for my 510. I picked up a derlin tip but I've read that dripping juices w/VG (mine are all around 40VG) you can clog up your atty and ruin it. What's your take on it? Should I use it or not?

Angels, my sweety loves her gold batts also. She likes her PCC to. It was her idea to cut the little rubber plugs down a bit to make her XL carts fit in the PCC. And, she likes those 401 cases Shawn has to keep her batts and carts in when she is at home.

Shawn is a GREAT vendor, always answers any questions even the stupid ones. Any problems are taken care of quickly and with no pains. Hell he just hooked me up with a part

Shawn rocks! I received my order very promptly and I'm very happy with the overall product quality. I had one issue with one of my cartos being DOA and apparently it's a rare occurrence but it does happen. Shawn was nice enough to offer to ship me a replacement right away, but instead i told him i'd just remind him on my next order. Great customer service, handled in a superb way. Will definitely be shopping with LiteCig again! :)

Got my first order from LC, got menthol instead of regular. Sent an e-mail, got a response in less than an hour. Correct product on the way. GREAT Customer Service!!!! The menthol was a disposable I ordered for a friend, another friend cam into my office saw the menthol on my desk, tried it, liked it. I gave them the website and they ordered their own kit. Good karma pays.

I find myself in a dilemma with my last purchase from litecig. When first rec'd my order was missing stainless ego battery. Wrote to support and they sent out the replacement in time for my trip across country but no reply or sorry was missing... made me feel as if they didn't believe me. Now I have returned to California from Florida and thankful I had the stainless because the pink ego battery will not hold a charge. It is unusable. It flashes when put on the rapid charge but when done and you take it off to use it, it flashes... I need it replaced but don't want to be looked at as trying to get over. I will wait for a reply here before going to support for a replacement. My order #22748. I wa also wondering if you have the charger for charging the pcc cases?

hey sunnydaze, never feel like you are unappreciated. if it is busy i just do the best i can to get things taken care of as fast as i can. sorry i didnt apologize, was probably pretty swamped and just wanted to rectify your issue. as for getting a replacement if it is still under 14 days, use the contact us link on the site to create a ticket to get it replaced for you.
