I had a slight point of contention with an item on one of my orders with Litecig that was handled via PM. In retrospect, it was probably picayune of me to bring it up. I won't go into detail because it is a private matter and not of much consequence to anyone, even me at this point. LOL

But, in his usual manner and a half dozen words or less <g>, Shawn made every effort to resolve the minor issue. Shawn continues to be the real deal and a class act.

Thank you, Shawn. You have my faith as a supplier but more than that as a friend.

Just put in a new order for juice over the weekend and had to add the red wine at the last second. I normally do not drink and would have never thought of ordering the flavor, but it was thrown in as a freebie in my last order. I was pleasantly surprised and had to add it. Thanks Shawn it now ranks up there with your creamy cappuccino as one of my favorite flavors.

I also ordered banana, Dr pepper and melon to try out, loving the different flavors so far.

Also are you still doing the free kit every 100 orders? If so, I just missed it... 2901... Drat!

Don't think he has a coupon right now. Last one was during the Labor Day weekend. Even without a coupon, Shawn has some of the best prices out there for US suppliers. Plus, you can't beat his service.. :)

No doubt - I've taken to carrying his business cards with me and giving them to people who ask me about my e-cig. I've never done that before, carry around another company's business cards, only my own :)
Needless to say, I'm very impressed.

Just got my juice in today, was fast shipping priority even...nice. Tried the pear and the camel and even a mixed the two a bit Its the first flavored I tried and it's good to my buds, would of liked a higher then 16mg though. Also got some cappucino have not tried it yet though.

The pricing was cool too. I feel like I got a decent stock of juice looking forward to trying some Hilton , and Pepsi, next time.

I ordered my first e-cig from LitecigUSA last Tuesday night from CA. It was shipped home to OH and was there when I got home. On Wednesday I had placed another order for juice and it was there by Saturday. I just placed my 3rd order for juice and a few supplies today and I'm sure it will be there when I get home. I can't say enough about the great service and great prices. I seriously don't see any reason to use any other vendor.
 
Super fast shipping! And shawn answers emails just as fast. Can't say anything negative about litecigusa, in fact I've recommended it to lots of people on here. Only negative thing is that the M801 kit I got must have been a bad one cause after a month one battery fried and the usb charger stopped working i think cause the other battery only holds a 20 minute charge... but I heard others have had good experience with this model...I just had bad luck i suppose...

Ordered on Saturday over phone, spoke with Shawn, nice guy.

I received confirmation of my order through my email almost immediately after I got off the phone with him.

Product received on Wednesday the following week. Packaged well and everything was there. I was very excited.

I just ordered my first ever kit yesterday from here. Got my order confirmation, then my CC process confirmation yesterday. Just got my shipping notice 20 minutes ago. Amazing customer service so far! I love being informed on every step.

Judging by the shipping times people have reported, I honestly think I might receive all of my good stuff before the disposable I bought locally dies.

So far I'm very impressed and will be placing a follow up order for extra atty's and other miscellaneous stuff in the near future.
