Thanks for the info...I just contacted Websense and they will do a review on our site to possibly recategorize it.

I am not a current customer - i will be ordering the GGTS once the newer AFS comes out.

I wanted to let you know that I am unable to view your website from work. I am not sure what factors go in to determining a website's "category", but somehow WebSense has determined that your website is in the "Sex" category and is thus filtered.

Perhaps it is caused by the Under/Over 18 prompt on your welcome screen. i don't know. No business lost from me, but I thought I'd let you know. Perhaps an email to someone at Websense could get that label removed.

I can't post the link with my few posts on this forum, but websense is the domain for their site.

I did the same thing - I found an email address to submit for a manual review. They just wrote back and said it will be updated to the category of Alcohol and tobacco within 72 hours.

Thanks for the info...I just contacted Websense and they will do a review on our site to possibly recategorize it.

Ordered me and my girl's dse 901 mini kits from vapor kings

got to say wow! awesome price, awesome product, SUPER fast shipping

flavors from you ive tried are coffee, white/red (marlboro), chocolate, pineapple, coconut, vanilla bean, kamel, menthol, and RY4

menthol and RY4 are def our fav's with kamel, and coconut being close behind

the coffee, chocolate, and white/red are just a meh nothing bad but nothing great

the pineapple and vanilla are a bit rough though :( the vanilla is way strong, and the pinapple almost tastes like dial hand soap

however in messing with flavors and combo's the vanilla is GREAT mixed with menthol and the coconut

hopefully you will see more business from UT i have been passing out business cards like crazy

Rob here at Vaporkings needs to get major props for customer service. After a phone call regarding a minor mistake on packaged items (wrong caps for empty bottles) and a faulty charger, Rob promptly agreed to send out replacement products. I know his town was snowed in recently so I was not expecting a quick delivery. Today I was reassured about his word as the package arrived. These guys will take care of you, order with confidence.

Used to be a LOYAL Customer:( Was really happy with the products & service from VK until I sent back a charger(Which,,, I DO AGREE) was out of Warranty(JUST BARELY) Paid my own shipping to send it back but heard nothing.....:blink:
You would think after sending several new customers to VK and steady business from me,,,,, He could have done something:confused:

PM me your email address and name so I can look at your account. I haven't received any type of charger back for quite some time...and when I replace one I usually just tell the customer to toss the bad one in the trash.

Is there any chance you have us confused with V4L ?

Just wanted to do a follow up feedback from the first day i recieved my order from vaporkings.... I have been smoke free since this day 8 months ago. My mother is 6 months smoke free as well using only VK's 901's. I started with the 901's then moved to the GG's after Rob started carrying them. I ordered from VK about every 2 weeks since then and have had zero issues and feel they are one of the best vendors to deal with. If i ever had a problem with a faulty item i would send them a ticket/email and it was taken care of without question. I am happy to show my first post on here and say since then its been nothing but good!


Here is my first post the day i recieved my 901 kit and the day i stopped smoking analogs forever!....

Ive been a analog smoker for 18yrs now, Ive smoked newport lights, salem menthol and also generic menthol analogs. Just tried for the first time the e-ciggs and i have no feel for any analogs anymore at all! I purchased the DSE 901 mini and its perfect size shape and everything. I ordered the menthol cart (havent tried the others but sure im going to like it) and have to say i am pleased so far. I feel this has been the biggest step i took and will work perfect for me. My wife is thrilled and i feel this will better already knowing i will be smoking healthy from now on. I will be ordering from VK's from now on in and rob has been a great help with helping me decide whats good for my situation. Thanks again!!! A+++ Also the menthol tastes great similar to a light kools ciggarette. Perfect and nice mint finish as well!)----------------------

BTW,,,No Confusion!!!! Only 2 companies I have ordered from.... U being the first and my other supplier since this issue.... Never ordered from V4L!!!!

LOL...Interesting thing I guess for Michelle's.

Anyway Vapor Kings was the very first place I ordered from and always had excellent CS. (let alone being so close.....) Now I have been emailing Rob for at least a two weeks and no reply what so ever.....

Anyone care to help me understand Why this is?:confused::confused:

I do apologize. After re-reading the emails I do remember talking to you now...that was back around Christmas time. I looked at my shipping logs around that time and found a couple orders I sent to you but you are correct I never sent a replacement PCC. I'm certainly not putting the blame on you because it's me that dropped the ball but anytime I don't respond don't hesitate to jingle my bells. Occasionally I get overwhelmed and I do overlook things. This is one reason we put the CRM ticket system in place because I was getting overloaded with emails and they become very difficult to keep track of.

I've issued you a refund on the order where you bought another PCC. Because the transaction was almost 6 months ago I was only able to refund $23.10 on your most recent order. If you'd like I can issue a store credit also.

We certainly don't have any interest in taking advantage of anyone and we have a reminder on the check out page that if we do owe you any replacement parts to leave us a note in the comment box.

I do make mistakes and I do apologize.

I'd forgot that you were completely new to all of this when you ordered from us. Man that's been a while ago!

These things have been so effective for so many people that it just makes me mad as hell when I think about the FDA trying to stop them. It really really irks me when I hear good stories from older folks that have been smoking for 40-50 years and they thank me for changing their lives. I remind everyone and all of you, you made the choice so pat YOURSELF on the back! We're just supplying the products...YOU made the choice to use them! :)
