first order 3034 arrived yesterday and I picked it up today ordered on the 4th arried on the 7th (thank you for such an easy check out and processing) it's in the charger and will let you know what I think of my first 510 when it's ready to go.. it's looks nice,,

awful morning, cold snap 2 dead trucks and batteries, 8-o just one of those mornings of total chaos.... Your 26mg Tabacco juice hit the spot as soon as I got it home on my M201... So glad I ordered it... Nice smooth tabacco flavor and so hit the spot...

again thanks for getting everything processed and on it's way...

Like everybody else says, Jason is awesome. I ordered a PV kit, some spare parts, and some juice from Jason Monday night. About an hour later, I messaged him to clarify a question about the juice (I knew the Rath was VG, but didn't know if the Niquid was PG or a mix of PG/VG). He e-mailed me back within minutes (confirming that it's straight PG). My order shipped Tuesday morning and I received it Thursday morning.

You really can't beat personal, lightning-fast customer service. I've already recommended him to my dad and a few friends, but figure testimonials on the forum never hurt either. I'll definitely buy from him again :)

I ordered some some bats from these guys and the next day realized I had ordered all auto bats...when I really wanted manuals. I called Jason & he took care of me.

My order got to me extremely fast & was just how I had wanted it...except for one thing -- one of the bats I ordered, Jason didn't have in stock, so he upgraded me to a mega bat. VERY COOL.

Thanks a ton. This is definitely my go-to place for all my Joye 510 stuff.

I got my order Today (Monday- I haven't gone to bed yet so it is still today for me lol)
I love my mega battery and my husband likes his copper one as well.
The order should have been here Sat.- Not sure why it didn't make it but it was the USPS that held it up-( must have missed the truck out of the Main Sort facility)- So super fast shipping from when I ordered- I'm impressed.

As to the Shipping Costs. I do appreciate your input and i have been looking into having the website either charge the actual shipping cost for everything but i rather just do a flat rate, if you guys thing 6 dollars is a better rate. Thats fine, I can change that, But Rich is also correct, I live on 26th St. Here in Ogden Utah and the Post office is on 46th St. So there is a little drive involved. I used to charge 9.99 shipping and dropped it some, but until i can figure out how to make the software charge different shipping at different price points, I will just drop it down to 6.00 to please the masses. Does that sound okay for now??

Hey Jason,

I am planning to order from you soon. Iv'e been in the distribution business for over 20 yrs.. Fortunately, for us (you included) there are allot of options out there and cost saving shipping techniques. Have you thought about trying to find an average (per ounce) shipped and base your shipping on an average shipping cost? I am only suggesting this as it sounds like you have a great deal of other stuff to worry about than shipping costs to the customer. I just paid $14 for a package from Janty (TX to So. Cal.) which should not have cost more than $4!!!

Finding ways to save your customers' money is one way of showing them that you care about their business. Dare I say,,,, perhaps offer free shipping on most products within the US and ammoratize that cost into the product?

Just some ideas. Give me a shout if I can be of some service to ya...

Thanks RedRhino :) Now sundance. I do my best to keep my prices low. I charge a flat 6.00 Shipping charge. But if someones order is over 65.00 the shipping is free. I do hope people realize.. shipping isnt cheap and rate went up in January. I dont really make a dime on shipping at all.. and a lot of times the 6.00 doesnt even cut it. My average is a pound. And yes i have set up the standard shipping based on that. Im not sure if people even care about the free shipping over 65.00 but i thought people would and i have done it to show i do care..
