Are you only getting leaking when the tank is this low? If so, that could be your issue. I've found that some can be challenging when they get much below half-full.

Or was this the a "results" pic (after the tank had dumped)?
It leaks no matter what the juice level is at. Im still messing with it so we'll see what happens. When it was brand new I put a brand new coil in which was a n80 30x2/28g. It worked perfectly for 3 days then leaked. I thought it needed rewicking but when I rewicked it I couldn't get the flavor anymore and it leaks constantly. Plus no more thick dense clouds after cleaning the coil and rewicking 5 times with the same coil. Im starting to think it could be a coil issue. Maybe I damaged it by pulsing it too hot? Its gonna take some time to figure it out. I just put in 28g kanthal for the first time. Looks good so far we'll see

In the mean time I need a second tank option. I really need someone to tell me how many mm of air im using?

2.2mm - 2.5mm id airflow is my best estimate. I had my fresia open only a hairs breath more.

RTAs - definitely the sjmy doggy, it's 2.3mm, or if you want to try the top fill doggy, the sxk 2k18 doggystyle RTA is 2.5mm id.

Other 22mm RTAs - the Coppervape clone of the hussar project x RTA is in your airflow ballpark - and is pretty damn close to ousting the sjmy doggy for flavour ;) It brings out different flavour profiles and is an absolute doddle to build.

Regarding the Fresia - try a new coil, but also replace the o-rings - it could be a screwy o-ring causing it to leak

Great info! Im leaning toward that sxk 2k18 doggy out of the ones you listed. I like that its 2.5mm of air, has top fill and plus you can see the juice in the tank. Good tip on the o rings, if I cant fix the leak i'll switch those out definitely.

Could you tell me how you think the flavor and hit on the fresia and doggy compare?

Also do you know if there's a way to make the doggy shorter? I couldn't find a shorter plastic piece on FastTech. I just need room for 2ml of juice

I've been using 28g, 2.5 or 3.0 (can't remember). It's not without leak, but I'm usually okay if the top cap is nice and tight (an issue with ALL top fill tanks). It's not an out and about tank for me though, mainly because it will occasionally dump. Great flavor but comes with a price.

Doggy isn't as airy but you can't find a more reliable topper (IMO). Very forgiving with wicks, and never, EVER leak. Great O&A option, that one.

Top fill doggy is a great option I love mine and have several more on the way. I can't compare it to the DF, but I can say it is a fantastic vape. The SMY ugh lots of letters is the best one, I have found that to be true for many clones that knockoff company, but the doggy is really good.

I've seen you mention wanting a 2ml tank a couple of times, john. Perhaps this is a bit late since you've just ordered the top fill Dogger, but I'd love to mention the Ehpro True Tank for a GREAT 2ml topper.

It rivals the Doggie, and some even think it better.

    Just FYI. :)

I actually know about that rta already. I do restricted lung hits so that’s not airy enough for me. I need like 2.5mm of air flow. Thanks though

Flavour between the Fresia and Doggy are pretty even, I'd give the doggy a slight nose ahead, but I couldn't tell much difference between them.

Hit wise - The draw on both is very similar but I prefer the doggy. I love the sound it makes (grunty ;)) and the vape it gives. This is why despite trying over 10 different RTAs - the doggy is No 1. Coppervape Project X RTA is No 1b ;)

No unfortunately the doggy RTA versions are all 3.5ml.

Vape being what it is, I run my Fresias wide open, so it's a very different vape between the two. I enjoy them both a lot, as I don't like to vape the same thing or type all the time. Where the dawgs come up strong for me is reliability and flexibility. It almost doesn't matter how I wick them - they just work.

    And they never leak.

After trying over 10 different RTAs.....................;)

    No1. Coppervape Project X RTA

    No1a. EVL Reaper v3

    No2. Dvarv (rarely used)

No longer used: Siren, doggys (sxk&smyj), Fresia, Gotank, Savour, Vapefly Galaxy, Pilgrim, Nautilus2, Uwell Crown,Ego One, Baby Beast, Mello3, Wasp nano...

Project X is the easiest to use RTA with great flavor and very flexible draw control...the longer I use it more I like it...Reaper excels in flaworful RL draw.

I loved Fresia but only when it worked... and most of the time it did not.:(

Yeah the yellow ain't too good at seeing the juice level. The authentic has clear tanks pictured on their FB page, but no one is listing them for sale just yet.
