Vapes great works on all resistance atomizers battery lasts almost 48 hours of heavy use.
Negative side is if u drop it accidentally that one drop might be all it takes to malfunction the unit. Knob connection has wires soldered to it I dont recommend this to be done on moving parts. I had a few of these mods sent back for repair and as my go to mod I was upset that the unit only lasts fot acouple months before having to send it in for warrenty. I had to send it in 4 or 5 times for variousreasons the first time I did drop it causing it bot to turn on then I had it going haywire not charging usb port loose etc I couldnt recommend this unit to anyone and came under fire on the darwin thread by haters blaming me for the failure and drew from nhaler edited my posts that people looking to buy a new pv would only see good things about the unit and not the truth that its a faulty unit for 250 bucks you can basicly own any other unit buyer beware other vv do virtually the same vapor production and offer more reliablitty for less money I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy this unit for this price it should be worth maybe 150 after owning both provari and a darwin my vote goes to provari as a more solid unit after that a buzz pro I dont miss my darwin it was my mistake buying a darwin I should have gone the provari route from the start

Why can Drew edit your posts?????
SMABob

It was only in Drew's forum, which is his to moderate as I understand things. There were, in my opinion, good reasons for Drew taking the action he did.

I won't question anyone's experience or in many cases even their opinions (even though mine may differ). But I do think that the manner in which such things are expressed (initially and in the exchanges that follow) has a significant impact on how others respond to it.

Regardless, it is great that OP has found his preferred device. It will surely never fail him and no doubt the manufacturer is proud to have him as a new and vocal fan.

I have a provari and love it , I actually wanted to try the Darwin but didn't buy one cause of the shape and material its sfr out of. I'm just not a fan of plastic , if its not made out of wood or metal then it shouldn't be a Pv . Especially a Pv over 40$ .

But I am really looking forward to see the chip from evolve for modders , I have plenty of things to drop that chip in if it works out

Smaller. About 5-5/8" long, 1-1/8" wide (1-5/8" at the swing arm), 5/8" thick.

It doesn't look like it, but with an atty or carto that allows closing the swing arm I have found that it is actually very pants pocket-friendly. There have been times I thought it had been left at home only to find it patiently waiting in a front pants pocket.

Oh looks plastic, aren't more going to be in stock in a few weeks ? I want to try it so many mixed reviews , I have been looking for the ultramax to and people either like or or dislike it , no in between .

How does the Darwin fit in the pocket? Is it like haveing a tv remote or is it smaller

There's one you can try in the classifieds right now for $220

I saw that but I'm working on picking up a ultramax with res right now . These two mods are really the only two I want to try, figuard I might wait till the Darwin is in stock sell my provari and grab a new Darwin

They sold out in like two days last time.. just a lil FYI

The first Darwin's had some problems but Drew looked After them right?? 2 year warranty on the device! Iv had mine since July and Iv never had one issuse ever! But I have not dropped it! But I don't drop my iPhone ether! And they are made of aluminum not plastic just the screen display is plastic, that's it! And the Darwin never shows an error code like a provi does any time it feels like it! Iv used a Darwin a Precise and a provi and I don't care what any one says a Darwin is the best PV on the market today's! Lol maybe that's why they are all ways out of stock?? I can use a 3ml tank with a 1.5ohm carto and not even think about charging it for 3 days! I all so use dual coil 3ohm carto's and the Darwin will fire them 4 days before I'm looking at the batt gauge! I beat a provi will not even fire one of those! You should not listen to what people say! But try one your self! I did and have not even sorry for one second I did or that I bought one! It's my main go to PV! 1 day 2 weeks ago I was out and no spare Addie's and using a 306LR and I saw
It was .8 amps well the Darwin fired it like nothing but my buddies Provi would only
Show error! So I would not of been able to Vape! But my Darwin still worked
Like a champ! Same as it has since I bought it home! So ok ppl can say what they want buy I would never let my Darwin go! Period!

lol I recommend this mod to everyone. For my back up mod I got 3 different voltages covered and for the two charges I spent way too much for batteries than I thought. I think the darwin is way studier than a provari. Do you really disagree on that?
Also I change my wattage 100 of times a day and I am happy that I don't have to press the button a dozen times each of them. The customer service on the darwin is amazing. I usually hear back within a hour. And they send back the unit fixed the day they get it. The only limitations I think they are are the limiter on the wattage and bottom feeding. The darwin does higher wattage than any vv I seen so you get a better experience with more choice in wattage :p Also I hear rumors that they are working on improving that limitation. The bottom feeding problem will be fixed when the when the surge tank comes out.
Guess everyone has different tastes in mods. I say trade one of your kidneys if you need to for a darwin. It is totally worth it IMHO.
