Thanks ladies. The dealership said today that they will take care of it. They better! Just wished it didn't have to be a fight over every-single-thing. Know what I mean?

I have no problem being a :censored: if need be. I just don't enjoy having to be over everything about all of this. I'm like enough already! The girl needs a break, and some good luck!

Sorry ladies...my nerves and patience are shot. Full on :censored: mode. I don't like myself like that. :(

You have every right to feel this way. I know I have been through times where seemingly every little and every big thing went wrong and there appeared to be no end to it......... This really does happen sometimes, no matter how positive we try to be about it. Be assured that you'll get past it, though. Easy for me to say this now, but you will! Feel free to vent because it can help.

You can vent here anytime you want too!! We are very good listeners :) Deep breaths now and go take a bubble bath and have a glass of wine (or something stronger :D)

Glad they said they would take care of it. Just don't hurt them okay...:p

Thanks Ladies!

Her Uncle is helping her get the car back up there today. I threw one last royal fit yesterday around 6pm, told the man he needs to put her in something else if she wants. I believe she will pick something else out. She is already scared of the Durango. IDK.

At the least they will put her in something to drive while they fix it. Having her Uncle there (a male) hopefully they won't try to jack her around. I kinda feel like if we would have had a man there that knows about cars to begin with, this may not have happened. IDK. Just a thought.

Waiting to hear from her. But so far I'm ok today. No urges to smack anyone right at this moment. LOL.

ok, she called. Her Uncle can't get it started, it's not just the battery obviously. It's sitting in her driveway. She called the dealership and told them to come get it with a wrecker. They said it would be 2pm or later. Her Uncle called a wrecker, it's $150 bucks to have it towed. They are towing it to the dealership and they are paying it.

She said her Uncle said the motor is shot!! It's not holding oil pressure or something.

At any rate...they are waiting on the wrecker and will follow it there to look at other vehicles. We shall see.

My next call is to my SON...which I asked to meet us there the other day to help his sister look and I was given excuses. Come to find out he went fishing. REALLY Son!?!

Yep...blood pressure is on a sharp rise.

I detest when women are taken advantage of. Just sayin! Especially one that visibly needs some compassion and honest help. They had to have known that vehicle had major problems.

Texas does have lemon laws. And I have a big mouth to spread a bad word. LOL.

Sorry, trying to find something to giggle about.

She just called. They put her in a Jeep Cherokee. Her Uncle checked it out good and said it was ok. She said when the wrecker tilted and pulled the Durango up on the flatbed to haul it, that oil poured out of the motor. At any rate...hopefully the Jeep is going to be reliable and last her til she can get her settlement and get something else if she wants to. She's on her way home with her Uncle following her. She's not uncontrollably crying today like she did yesterday! YAY!!!! The rest of the day may be a good one for her! Bless her heart. If she wasn't on antibiotics etc, I'd take her out to get a lil tipsy. lol.
