Congrats and keep it up. If and when you do grab one of those cigarettes, be prepared. If it's anything like myself and many others discovered, it will taste like the worse thing you could imagine and stink beyond belief. I could NOT believe I smoked for 40+ years when I did have one on va[e day 2. It was the LAST time I had one. Got rid of my lighters, had no more cigarettes, and have never looked back. Still hard to believe I don't smoke. I LOVE IT. :thumb:

Best of luck to you......you can do this.

I still have a half a pack sitting on my desk. This is the same pack I was half way through 52 days ago. I have over the years tried all the stop smoking remedies, including being hypnotized, I always went back to smoking within a week or two. It took me just 3 days to go from a hard core smoker to just vaping. I am still amazed every single day that I don't miss smoking analogs at all and how much I really enjoy vaping. I'd wouldn't be honest if I didn't say that I atleast looked at that pack on a couple of occations but when I did, I pulled up my ecig vaped for a couple of minutes and I'm good with the world. I think it had more to do with vaping enough to keep my nic levels high enough and at an even level than it did actually wanting an analog smoke. Anyway here I am 52 day in, feeling better than I have in a long time, no weezing lungs, food tasting better and life is good.

I went a little over a week before I had an analog. I was at the bar and my friends wanted to go outside for a cigarette. I just stayed inside and pulled out my Tornado. They told me to come out with them so I did. They all lit up and I was just vaping away. Someone offered me a cigarette and told me I should "put the plastic fake cigarette back in my pocket". I told them that I had quit and I didn't want to have a cigarette. They were taunting me with it saying that I was never a smoker because I use "fake cigarettes". I was drunk and stupid and took the cigarette and smoked it to prove that I was actually a smoker at one point in my life. They thought I was using my PV as some sort of way to pretend to smoke to try and be cool or something. Long story short I felt TERRIBLE after it. I was unable to leave my bed the next day because it felt like someone lit my throat on fire when I was sleeping. I was coughing all night and my nose was running. I will NEVER touch an analog ever again. That was stupid of me to do, and I felt so sick afterwards. A lesson from me to you, don't waste your time with analogs any more. Just throw out the pack and don't get sick like I did.

Yep, it's true. After about a week of vaping, I fired up one of my beloved winstons after both of my batteries died (I was away from the house) and it was horrible. I can't believe I smoked these things for 30 years.
I tried another one a few days later, took a drag, and tossed it. Yuck.
Now, I can smell the cig odor on my friends when they're around. Danged if the wheezing, morning cough, and stench are
gone. The tastebuds and olfactories are waking up also.
Vaping is tasty, very very tasty...
Oh yeah, I can vape in the house. No stench, no going outside when it's freezing or hot. YEEHAW!
I still have half of a carton just for extreme emergencies.
Find the right juice and hardware for your taste and don't look back.
